"Firstly, they were out of a number of menu items, which in itself wasn’t a major issue. The real problem was their non-lit sign indicating the unavailable items—it was nearly impossible to see. While I was placing my order, the employee repeatedly and rudely insisted, “as our sign says, we are out of that item,” but I couldn't even read the sign.
After paying at window one, I moved to window two to pick up my order. An employee handed it to me in a very curt manner. When I tried to ask if there was a fork and salad dressing included, she cut me off, said yes, and abruptly closed the window while I was still speaking. Despite my attempts to get her attention by waving, no one returned to the window.
I left to find a restroom nearby because Wendy’s had already closed theirs. Once I found a restroom and had the chance to check my order, I discovered that there was no salad dressing, the salad was warm, and the fries were ICE cold—not just slightly warm, but ICE cold.
Since I had already left, I decided to call the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction. When I asked to speak with the manager on duty, the person I spoke to claimed to be the manager but wouldn’t identify herself. She continually addressed me as “hon” and stated there was nothing they could do unless I returned to the store, which I couldn’t do before closing. She suggested I contact the franchise managers but provided no details on how to reach them.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The level of professionalism was absolutely lacking."
