"Good food, but questionable customer service. I ordered an iced coffee, server asked if I wanted vanilla and I declined. We were charged the extra cost for vanilla anyways, and the cashier did not seem happy with amending it. Which was then amended to $4 more somehow... when we went back, they seemed even less happy about amending that. It's a trivial amount of money but it's the principle. Good and fair customer service would make it right without hassle or attitude. Edit: not sure how to respond to the owner's response below. This happened around 11:30am today at the San Mateo location, and we dined in. Appreciate the offer but don't worry about the iced coffees, we won't be returning. Just please ensure your workers have sound morals."

"The customer service was excellent; I really appreciated how attentive our waiter was. He frequently checked in to see if everything was okay, kept our drinks refilled, and demonstrated great manners throughout our meal. He definitely earned a well-deserved tip! As for the food, it was good, and I would likely return. The only downside was the noise level from the music—it felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant. But, given that it’s a Mexican bar-style place, I suppose that's to be expected. Just be prepared for a hefty bill if you’re planning on having a full course meal! Dinner for two came to $84 plus tip, and we didn’t even order any alcoholic drinks. Nevertheless, my husband left satisfied!"

"I expected to pay $11.25 for a salmon Benedict and a little more for a cup of black coffee, but my bill ended up being over $24. The breakfast specials board was obscured by patio furniture, and the menu had a section labeled "breakfast specialties," which are not the same as breakfast specials. The hostess mentioned that many customers have been confused by this, which raises the question of why they haven't updated their menu or made the distinctions clearer for patrons? Be sure to confirm prices before you order! I'm fine with paying $24 for breakfast, but I find it misleading when menus and prices are not clearly communicated. As a native of Bgame, I won't be returning. Additionally, I noticed that the shredded cheese taken from the kitchen was moldy at the bottom of the container, so it definitely wasn't fresh."

"The Margherita pizza on gluten free cauliflower crust was absolutely phenomenal. I?ve lived in the area for about a decade and never once been to Imposto?s, decided to try it out based on recent positive reviews when I had a craving for pizza while on atemporary gluten free diet. The sauce was simply heavenly, so so flavorful and perfect proportions of sauce and cheese. Thecauliflower crust was surprisingly tasty as well, given I?d never tried it before. Staff is super friendly. Would highlyrecommend, and will definitely be back next time I have a pizza craving! Husband also liked the wings, and he?s quite pickywith his wings!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Prime Rib Buffet! Our waitress was fantastic, which really enhanced our experience. However, I found the tables to be quite cramped. It was difficult to navigate through the space without bumping into chairs on the way to the buffet or the restroom. There’s very little room between the bar and the tables, which made me feel a bit confined. Despite that, we enjoyed our meal and were able to eat and leave quickly. Overall, it was a good experience!"

"Biscuits and Gravy..... Hummm. First off, biscuits are rolled dough, hand cut with a biscuit cutter not biscuit dough baked in a muffin pan and sliced in half. Also, the gravy is a sawmill gravy (white flour and milk or cream) gravy not a jar of chicken gravy with sausage bits . So disappointed in breakfast this morning. If something isn 't familiar to you, don 't offer it. No one wants to have the waitress return their meal to the kitchen because it 's not made properly. Only other option is to suck it up and pay for it. This place has changed so much in the past few years. We 're not giving it another chance."

"Great food and chill/relaxing vibe. It was our second time coming here and both times the hostesses refuse to smile or even speak to you. It’s so weird. It made us laugh but if I was an owner I would want to know because it definitely doesn’t make the customers feel welcome. "Sunny's Restaurant is one of the last TRULY GREAT Family Style, American Restaurants, that I know of in this area. I have been eating at Sunny's for (at least) 30 years (on off) now. Over the years, I've had the pleasure not only of trying everything on the menu, at one time or another, but also of getting to know the Terrific service staff. In addition to the Waiters/Waitresses, it's been my honor to become good friends with the owners/founders of Sunny's, Andy Cindy, as well as their kids (roughly my age) Summer Shadow. Now for the Good Stuff: THE FOOD All of the food served at Sunny's is prepared the Old Fashioned way. For example, if you order a turkey sandwich, it's prepared with freshly (in house) roasted turkey, carved straight off the bird. This style of fresh made food (never canned or frozen), carries through to all the dishes they make. I LOVE the Daily Specials, because they are usually $2 Off the full menu price. On Monday, I ordered my FAVORITE Dinner, 1/2 Fried Chicken Dinner. The chicken is better than KFC, Popeye's, Church's, etc. Soup or Salad, Choice of Veg, Choice of Potato, Choice of Bread. All this for about $10. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sunny's Restaurant to anyone with a Good Appetite!"

"The Black Horse Diner Restaurant is located along the Black Horse Pike in Mount Ephraim, NJ. I have been here several times over the years when I have visited the area. My most recent visit was on October 7, 2019. I was in the area at the end of September and the beginning of October, as I had scheduled back to back cruises on the Disney Magic. During this entire trip, I came in for breakfast on September 23, 2019 and also had lunch here on October 7, 2019. For the visit on September 23, 2019, we were immediately seated and then greeted by our server. She asked if we wanted anything to drink while we looked over the menu. I did go with an apple juice, which would be included with what I would order. After getting the drinks, we were ready to order. I went with the #3 Breakfast Combination with French Toast and bacon. About eight to ten minutes later, the food came out. The food came out very hot and fresh. The food was excellent as I had experienced in years prior. Service was great and timely throughout as well. The next visit would be for lunch a few days after getting off the cruise. Just like the other visit, we were immediately seated and then greeted by our server. On this visit, I went with their Bacon Cheeseburger special entree, which included soup and dessert too. For the soup, I went with the chicken noodle soup, which was the first thing to come out. The soup was very good and hot. It was nice to have before the meal. Shortly after that, the entree came out to the table. The burger looked really good, tasted great, juicy, and was cooked exactly has I had asked. After the meal, I also got to choose from a dessert, and I went with the tapioca pudding, which was also very good. Over the experiences I have had for several years now, this is by far my favorite diner to stop at when I am in the area. The service has been excellent, along with the food and general experience. If you are in this area, this is definitely a diner to come to. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again in the future."

"I stopped here because my parents pickup merchandise in the area and my mom recommended this place. When walking in it was a cute diner. The lady working was very sweet. She recommended the 3 meat sandwich and honestly it was incredible. It was about 14$ which I thought was overpriced but the sandwich itself was very very good. The ranch here was very very good. "I like cheese more than crust. In fact, I LOVE CHEESE!! Marino's seems to understand and when I order extra cheese, it's a cheese lovers paradise. They're generous with their servings and the ingredients taste fresh. I would recommend Marino's to anyone in the area and there are other pizza places in the area, but not as good. Marino's is the best."

"I 'm going to start off by saying 'sorry ' but this review is not going to favor the restaurant! First of all I 'm reviewing TOMAS CAFE IN OXNARD CALIFORNIA not SF. We have eaten breakfast at Tomas ' many times both before and after Covid. Having said that we have eaten at various restaurants throughout the county, so I am comparing them when referencing my issues with Tomas Cafe. When first walking into the restaurant there is no one there to greet you nor are any of the tables 'set up '. Finally when someone does come out to welcome you to their fine establishment we 're told that we can view the menu, which is spread out over the counter, and order. After putting in our orders we are told to sit at any table (tables without any napkins or silverware. When our food arrives it is on paper plates, which aren 't even pretty, accompanied with plastic forks! My husband will try Mexican breakfast meals as well as traditional plates. I love a country style breakfast with bacon or sausage as I am not a big breakfast person. But I have always told my husband 'how can you screw up a breakfast of bacon and eggs? ' Well what does it say about breakfast when all you can compliment are the eggs on your plate? My sausage links were really sad, the potatoes were poorly seasoned and the bell pepper and onion were just thrown on top! The Chile verde my husband ate was just mediocre and the beans and rice needed more flavor. I 'm sorry but I missed not having a person come over to ask if 'everything was ok '. As I said we have eaten out many times since the shutdown, also known Covid, and there are plenty of restaurants which are still greeting you as you enter and visiting your table to ensure you have a good experience. One final thought, I would not have left the tip I left when I ordered if I knew I would be as disappointed as I was. Sadly we will not be returning."

"I'm not from New York, so whenever I'm there or close to NYC, I like to get a slice of pizza. The atmosphere and service at Victor's were 5 stars. Fast and friendly service, and the interior was comfortable for a pizza place. The pizza slices are large and tasty, but they weren't any thinner than what I get in South Jersey or Philly. I wasn't disappointed, but I was hoping for that crispy thin crust that NYC is famous for. In Victor's defense, they are NOT located in the city."

"It was after 11am when our party arrived. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes until we were seated. We were immediately offered beverages and menus. There is a very extensive menu and for this visit, I opted for lunch while the rest of the party ordered breakfast. The portions are generous and most of us ended up taking part of the food to go. My Reuben sandwich was ok: the meat seemed pre-sliced as it was very smooth, and not jagged. The fries were a little brown for my liking. The rest of the party ordered Belgian waffle, apple pancakes, veg croissant, crepes, scrambled eggs. The food is fine, I wouldn't say we were bowled over, it was good. The side of pancakes seemed almost burnt (see pic). Our server was amiable; one dish took noticeably longer to arrive; the recipient on the fine line of hangry. There was a slight lingering acrid smell, almost burning, throughout."

"I haven't visited this place for nearly 18 months because I was misgendered by the owner and employees. Their cheesteak slice was the only good item on the menu and the place has zero ambiance, no energy and some TV screen shows nothing except for some funky music.I hope this restaurant stays closed because guests should be treated the same regardless of their sexual orientation and this place receives a F in my book. There is plenty of competition in this area for Italian restaurants and I will no longer patronize this joint. I grew up in the area and attended Conestoga HS around the corner.Shame on you for treating customers this way!"
