"Ordered online at 4:45. The wrong pizza arrived at 5:20. I called and spoke with a young male at 530 who would send out the correct pizza but of course he wouldn’t tell me his name. At 6:45pm, nothing came. I called the store and was On hold for 28 minutes trying to reach someone I drove up there instead. You never remade my order. This place is horrible. It’s 7pm and I’m standing at the front counter waiting on a pizza I ordered for delivery at 4:45pm, and still on hold for 38 minutes. I don’t think they answer their phone lines, I couldn’t hear anything ringing as I was standing at the counter. No one was waiting for a pizza to be made but me. WeirdThis is their standard. Ignore the Casey’s responses on how this isn’t how they conduct business. If you have multiple reviews with similar issues, this IS how you are conducting business and this IS your business standard."
