"I’ve ordered pizza from you four times, and each time the food was fantastic! My wife and I typically place our order at 8:45 PM since we prefer to eat late. Out of the four times, three were perfectly fine, and we usually pick it up at 8:55 since it takes about ten minutes to prepare.
However, this Monday when I called at 8:45, an employee named “Taco” told me it was too late to place a pickup order. I mentioned to him that we had done it before without any issues and that you are still open until 9 PM, so I didn't understand the problem. He insisted it wouldn’t happen. I thanked him for his time, asked for his name, and then called Patellini Pizza at 8:50. They were more than happy to take my order. While their pizza isn't as good, it’s cheaper and worth the price, and I prioritize service over food.
As a restaurant manager, I think it's important for you to be aware of this situation. Your food is wonderful, and I hope this was just an off night for one of your employees. Unfortunately, I won't be returning."
