"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"We booked this restaurant due to past experience in Providence RI location. We found this location moderately different. Menu was underwhelming with limited options. The service was just ok. Hostess was uninterested and preoccupied after we checked in. Tried to put us at a high top when reservation was for dining area. Dinner came out wrong for my wife and the replacement meal arrived way after I was finished with my dinner. She was unimpressed with the second attempt. We were thinking of trying desert, however we didn’t risk it. Next time in Burlington, we will try a different place."

"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"

"After reading the reviews I was looking forward to eating here. Unfortunately the best thing we had was the dessert. We both ordered a salad and my mom's had large chunks of the core of the lettuce. I ordered veal marsala which was dry and salty. I ordered baked ziti for my mom and she got ziti with meat sauce. I sent it back and it came back with mozzarella melted on the top. She never got the baked ziti with ricotta. It wasn't that busy at the time so very disappointed in the food and won't go back."

"I moved to the Burgh about a year ago. I am a pizza connoisseur. I like everything pizza, calzone, stromboli. So to be completely frank I was skeptical. I ordered a large calzone with the same toppings I always add. It was phenomenal. I ate the entire calzone in less than 45 min. "This charming little place is located on the corner. I absolutely love their pizza—it's a generous portion at an excellent price. I've only ordered whole pies and have never been disappointed. "We came for my boyfrienda birthday. It was extremely disapppointing. The food was awful and over priced. There was also limited selection. The caesar salad was terrible and full of the ier yellow lettuce that made it bitter. I hadnt been to the restaurant for years and it has significantly gone down hill. I was speaking to an acquaintance and he had the same opinion.Service was ok but slow. Actually the busboy forget to give one of us water and when we asked for it, he argued with us and said he did give it.Truly was a waste of moey but more importantly ruined the birthday celebration."

I browsed through photos and, based on the visuals, Francos caught my eye. It was my first time there, and I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of the quality of their pasta.
