"Pizzeria serves good food but I have to give a low score because of the bad experience I had a week ago with the delivery man. I got some text from a weird number asking me for a $5 fee. When he came to my door I asked him about it and he said there's a fee and I would have to cancel it to avoid the fee. I told him that I would call the pizzeria to make sure this is right. As soon as I started dialing the pizzeria number he said not to worry and promptly left. That is super shady and gives this restaurant a bad name. I am not sure if the owners are aware they have a scammer working for them."

"Good place if you are really REALLY hungry and nothing on this earth is open other than this. First and last time going to this place. Ordered the Jumbo shrimp, nothing jumbo about it. They should just call it butterfly shrimp because that 's all it is.Regular shrimp just cut into butterfly shrimp to make it look bigger. Not worth $15 at all, you only get 6 little shrimp. Gyrois okay, meat looks undercooked. Their Cajun fries aren 't really Cajun. They literally just soak them in hot sauce. Theyshould call that Hot Sauce fries . Cause nothing Cajun about them. Horrible in my opinion. Definitely won 't be going back tothis place. Thought I 'd try it out since I 've lived by it for 7yrs and never had it before. Well huge regret."

"Ordered a few pasta meals, adding a Caesar salad to one. Delivery came missing the salad (as well as one of the sides of garlic bread ; when I called about the missing salad I was informed that they didn?t include it because they didn?t have any tomatoes (which are not in a Caesar salad anyway. They said that they would deduct the cost from a future purchase. When I pushed back on this, they insisted that they couldn?t refund me for the missing item and all they could do was give me future credit. I was adamant that I wanted either everything that I paid for, or a refund for what was missing; they finally relented and delivered a salad (not the one we ordered. Absolutely will not be ordering from there again."

"I usually order a cheesesteak hoagie with everything no mustard which is usually GREAT but idk if they have someone new cooking but every single time i order now they get it wrong . "UPDATE: Corrected food just arrived. A Goodfellows Wrap. Sorry I didn't go to bed with my son. Chicken is chewy and tasteless. Their stuff is normally very good. Not tonight. I think the Parlin location has gotten us for the last time.This place has so many great items. The prices are kind of high, but it's quality food. However, we live less than a mile from the restaurant and delivery can either be hot or right. Today is my birthday and they screwed up my order. We called right away, they admitted the mistake and are sending the corrected item. Meanwhile it's been over an hour, everyone ate (but me) and my 4 year old is now in bed and I'm still waiting"

"If I could give zero stars I would... Ordered a small Stromboli n fries took them a hour to deliver to my house which is 13 minutes from the store. My food was completely cold. They refused to refund my money to the card I paid for it with. Refused to send me a refund with the delivery driver. The young girl on the phone told me they aren't allowed to refund over the phone nor allowed to refund to l there the delivery driver and I had to wait until a magnet came in sometime tomorrow for a refund.. needless to say I got my money back today!! I had to actually go into the store for my refund.. but I truly suggest not to do business here. So rude n nonprofessional to the fullest."

"Got in from work after a very long Valentine 's day shift and everything in the area was closed. Slice told me that Venice was still open and I remembered I had a menu. Hooray, open until midnight and I was starving. I ordered a small pizza which was delivered under quote and the woman on the phone was very nice. I was just so happy some place was still open I even said to her 'thank you for staying open late, I 'm a server and everything around here closes at 10. ' Pizza was your decent corner shop pizza, but the fact that the hours are very service industry friendly got them the fifth star. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks!"

"Unfortunately, my dining experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. Upon being seated at a booth for two, which I had not requested, I placed my order and received my coffee. However, I was approached by the owner in a hostile manner, informing me that I should not have been seated at a booth as it could get very busy. Despite there being several empty tables and booths at 2 pm with no crowd waiting, the owner made it clear that he hoped I would not take my time with my meal. He continued to make comments and did not show any consideration for me as a patron, making me feel insignificant and unwanted. Despite my server's apologies, the owner did not relent in his behavior. I quickly finished my meal, expressed my feelings to the owner, who offered a half-hearted apology with excuses. Leaving the restaurant, I couldn't help but wonder if the owner had an issue with single diners, women, or if he was simply unpleasant. Regardless, the mediocre pancakes were not worth the negative experience."

"I have nothing but positive things to say about Carlos Pizza. The food is absolutely delicious, and I can't recall a single dish I've tried there that I didn't like. In addition to the standard pizza and cheesesteaks, their pasta dishes are AMAZING—they taste incredibly fresh and are even better than what you'd find at a restaurant like Olive Garden. The portions are generous, too; when we order from Carlos, we always have enough for at least two meals, if not more (and I have a big appetite! lol). The prices are fantastic, and they’ve never gotten an order wrong, even when we make special requests like no tomatoes or adding bacon. Lastly, the staff is wonderful—always polite and friendly. "I hadn't been to Diana's in a while only for 1 reason I miss the old.guy and I hate change. Any way what a mistake some times a gem can be hidden in front of your face. There a quarter mile.from my house. .I ordered. A Siscilian with pepperoni and sausage a 15 minute was 10 better than any of the other places some of which were.closed Monday due to staffing shortages. I got a very tasty pizza the sause has a nice sweet taste the crust was crisp around the.edge. With just enough dough to not sog with the weight of a healthy amount of toppings. "Can't believe it took us so long to try this place. Heard so many good things about it but never stopped until this past trip.Their pasta sauce is the best! We split meatball and chicken parm sandwiches one trip, and I got the chicken parm the next trip. Amazing meals! They're open 7 days a week, which is refreshing for the area. So many places are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Good to have 7 days a week option in the area.Service was awesome. Lots of drink options. Large rooms for hosting events. My one and only not so positive thing is totally a preference thing, and that is that I did not like the pizza. A thick crusted square pizza that was served on a round pizza pan (ADHD trigger lol), and as much as I loved the pasta sauce, I was not at all a fan of the overly sweet pizza sauce. To each thier own and honestly, they have so many other spectacular options, I just won't get the pizza again."
