"Absolutely delicious! My party of two showed up at around 11am on a Sunday, so we were expecting a long, long wait. We were surprised with a much shorter wait which was very plesant because the host took our coffee order when we signed in. I was definitely less grumpy waiting to be seated with some coffee in me. The decor is so cute and Southern. I'm a big fan! There is free parking behind the building, which is great because the Emory area can get pretty busy. Our food was delicious! My Greek scramble was filled with veggies and was a generous portion. The biscuit was crispy and yummy and the homemade strawberry jam was delicious. We also ordered a half order of French toast which was delicious! The only turn off was that we were given the store-bought syrup in its original bottle. For a place with such cute decor, it was disappointing to not see this presented more thoughtfully. Our server was very sweet and thoughtful, and she even offered to get us iced coffees to go. We will be back!"

"I had a great experience at this restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. I ordered the two-meat plate, which included smoked ribs and pulled pork. Out of the two, the pulled pork was definitely my favorite; it had a rich, smoky flavor with a nice kick of spice that wasn't overpowering. The ribs were well-seasoned and also had a nice smoky taste, but they didn't quite match the pulled pork for me. We were warmly welcomed by the young lady working behind the counter, which added to the pleasant atmosphere."

"Just north of Fells Point is a small taqueria popular among locals. Walk in and order at one of two registers. Within 10 minutes, your order will be ready. There?s a long window table, but most people get their order to go. Here?s my experience: 1) Menu: It?s large and includes tacos and other platters. My wife and I ordered the chorizo tacos. They were full of flavor, but more dry than other chorizo tacos we?ve had. They came Mexican style with onions, cilantro and salsa on the side. We also ordered guacamole, which is where we went wrong. It was way too limey and more watery than solid. It?s among the worst we?ve had. Guacamole is a staple so it made us wonder about this place. 2) Service: It was friendly and quick. 3) Space: It?s a quintessential taqueria with no-frills. It?s perfect."

"I enjoyed every second at this sports bar. We went for a dear friends birthday on a Friday. The place was packed the music was jamming (old school hip hop) that night (not sure of other nights). I love a place where I can eat, drink and then dance to burn off the calories. Smart concept J 's! ATMOSPHERE: Best part! What I loved most was the DIVERSITY. There aren 't many bars/clubs in Houston where races co-mingle this is my opinion based off of residing here for over 15 years. To walk into a SPORTS BAR in the WASHINGTON AREA where OLD SCHOOL HIP HOP is playing and seeing faces of all colors dancing, singing, laughing and partying together is what is SHOULD be all about. Thumbs up! FOOD: Everything contains bacon! Which is a good thing if you like bacon. My group no so much.. but you can get it without bacon. MUST TRYS: Freight Train Fries and The Mother Daughter!! So good! They serve REVERSE BRUNCH starting at 9pm on Saturday! PARKING: Horrible. Street parking. Figure it out. Be aware of street signs."

"Menu is pretty good, however Fresca 's execution is just not there. The restaurant could easily be a good regular spot with little effort. Sub-par guacamole could be made great with a little lime and salt, and less processing. Hot, or even warm, food would really help out. Maybe a refill of water by wait staff that is already bored would help. But sadly, even the main courses need reinvention. Get some good vegetarian options going. Come on folks, put some effort and passion into Fresca!"
