"I ordered from Uber Eats and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. They forgot to include my burger and tea. When I called to address the issue and try to find a solution, they were extremely rude. Their lack of customer service skills was apparent as they did not seem to care about my concerns. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the missing items, they simply kept repeating that they had packed it. However, it was clear that they had not. I had spent around $50 on my order but was unable to enjoy any of it due to the mistake."

"Had lunch here and things were semi-crowded (restaurant was about 60% full). Tables were clean and the ambiance was calm/quiet. Would be a great place for a casual sushi date. Service was excellent and attentive. My waitress was the only server working there, and she did a great job keeping my water glass full and making sure I was satisfied with my meal. The food was alright for the price. I ordered the Philly and Lafayette rolls. They came out promptly and as described in the menu. Even though each roll only came with 6 pieces, they were very thick (about 2x as thick as the ones you see in grocery stores). The bites are well-proportioned and tasty. I did spontaneously order some inari (not pictured unfortunately), and it was just okay. $5 for two pieces felt kind of like highway robbery, but for a place that has to pay Lafayette rent, I'm not going to condemn them for it."

"We had a wonderful family outing at Luigi's! Everyone ordered from the lunch menu, which came with a salad and the most delightful fresh garlic knots. Our choices included Jeffries Choice, Stromboli, Ravioli, Tour of Italy, and Eggplant Parmesan with Ricotta. Each dish was fantastic with generous portions; the Stromboli was particularly large and could easily be shared. I decided to add ricotta to my eggplant for just one extra dollar, and it was delicious. I even took some home, and it reheated beautifully. The service was excellent as well. There's parallel parking available in front, along with additional parking in the back with easy access. The only downside was the lack of shrimp dishes on the lunch menu, but the meal was so good that I plan to indulge in the shrimp next time during dinner. It's definitely worth the drive up Highway 75 North from Tulsa!"

"The food is consistently good. Unfortunately, the other thing that has been consistent here is the poor customer service. Our last two takeout orders in a row had the exact same issue missing tzatziki from the zucchini fries. When I called to let them know, I was offered a credit for the zucchini fries or told to return to pick up the tzatziki. I was already planning to return for it who wants zucchini fries without tzatziki? Understandably, I wasn 't pleasant, but I was neither rude nor unreasonable when I expressed frustration that this has happened two times in a row and caused an extra 30 minutes of driving each time. I was given a defensive and insincere apology by the woman on the phone. When I inquired if she would be willing to refund me for the zucchini sticks since I had to return back twice now for the same issue, I was told that it was their policy not to offer a refund because I had received the food. She told me she would be willing to give me extra sauce when I arrived to pick up the missing items. What a poor policy inconvenience customers repeatedly and then insult them. It 's just not worth it anymore."

"I recently moved to the area, and I've been enjoying exploring new Italian restaurants. Luckily, I found one just around the corner, and it’s absolutely fantastic! We started off with the garlic knots, which were outstanding—loaded with fresh garlic and delightfully fluffy. For the main course, my grandson and I shared a 19-cheese pizza, and I can confidently say it’s the best pizza I’ve ever tasted—so incredibly flavorful! My daughter ordered the wings, and they were phenomenal! Our server, Mike, was excellent; he kept our drinks full and was very attentive to all our needs. When we arrived, the owners were having lunch and greeted us with warm smiles. This place is definitely going to be my favorite spot for Italian food from now on!"

"When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, but I doubt it will stay that way for long once this hidden gem gets noticed. The portions were generous and delicious. We ordered Mongolian beef and broccoli beef as our main dishes, along with fried rice, crispy Brussels sprouts, and cream cheese Rangoon. The staff was very helpful, explaining the options for ordering chef specials or building your own dish. I really hope they eventually expand to our side of town. The atmosphere strikes a good balance between modern and cozy. It's definitely a great place to try, whether you choose to dine in or take out."
