"Made a reservation for my son and his prom date. They were so excited to be attending their first and only formal dance. They arrived for their 7pm reservation and were seated. They had studied the menu before arriving and were ready to enjoy a night to remember. Well they won't ever forget this one. Their order was taken twice by two different waiters. They sat there for 2 hours with not even a water brought to them. Other diners were checking in on them, so the problem was bad enough for others to notice in a half full restaurant. I am a business owner myself and hated to leave a bad review. I emailed the restaurant so they had a chance to redeem themselves and failed to receive any reply. The bartender told them they should leave and he would comp their table( which there was nothing to comp). They were able to catch the last hour of their prom and the wonderful people at Sonic provided them with their 5 star dining experience at 11 pm. I understand people are short staffed and things happen but diners were coming in after them and receiving food. Hoping you will find a way to right this wrong."
