"This was a terrible experience. The service was poor, inattentive, and the food was subpar, bland and unsatisfactory at best. (We ordered the cowboy ribeye, oysters Rockefeller, Campanella, seafood mixed grill, calamari, kids grilled cheese, kids shrimp, and mixed drinks. Sides were lobster Mac and cheese, broccolini, asparagus, mashed potatoes fries. The portions for the appetizer of calamari was laughable. Furthermore, the server (Amanda) overcharged by $80 for 5 items that we did not order. We didn’t recognize it until leaving, thus went back in to get a manager. We got credited back for the $80 overcharge but was met with a simple “sorry.” To top it off, we will not get credit for this visit given we forgot to give our rewards at the start of the dining. This was supposed to be a special experience and we will NEVER come back to this establishment and share with anyone who will listen about our experience and the food. Unpleasant service, terrible food, overpriced, inattentive staff!"

"It's a shame that they've closed down. The reason given was a rent increase, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's more to the story. The mall itself is losing its appeal as both a shopping destination and a residential area. Over the years, I've dined there many times and never had a bad piece of fish. While it was pricey, they often offered coupons and had great happy hour options that made it more affordable. I'm really sorry to see them go, and I'd love to see them open up in a different location."

"We decided to do Brunch at Brystols for my son's birthday celebration. The server was wonderful- prompt and explained the brunch stations and menu since this is our fist visit for brunch here. There was an excellent selection of breakfast, salad and desert offerings and a wonderful omlet staion and carving station as well. We did not leave hungry and the food was very good."

"The food is always delicious at Bristol. The service was over the top way too fast. I just ordered a martini, started to drink it and our food was out 5 minutes later. Bristol is a fine dining experience; not a drive thru restaurant. We would have been out of there in 30 minutes if I hadn’t told the waiter that we just wanted to enjoy our dinner, drinks and maybe order dessert a bit later. It wasn’t busy so I’m not sure the “rush job.” Very disappointed."

"I visited this restaurant a few years ago, and when my family and I were on vacation, I knew I had to bring them here. Once again, it did not disappoint! The atmosphere and the food were fantastic! What truly impressed us was the service. Our waitress, Madison, was likely the best waitress we've ever encountered. She was prompt and attentive without being intrusive. Amid all the hustle and bustle, she even managed to give our toddler and infant some attention, which was such a thoughtful touch! Thank you, Madison! We will definitely be back!"

"We didn’t know where to go eat so we decided a place that does Pizza can never do us wrong, and we were right! This place is nice inside and some really friendly staff. Our server made sure that we didn’t over order cause of massive the servings are in there! He helped pick some drinks for us and was super patient jamming out to some music on the side. You know the staff is great when they ensure you know what your getting versus a quick cash grab. The sliced pizzas are massive as we watched them take it to a table next to us. One calzone is big enough to feed two and yes even the men. The spaghetti carbonara was delicious and I’m still thinking about it. Great spot, great service, delicious food and fair pricing nothing we don’t usually pay for 2. $60. this is including 3 alcoholic drinks."

"I give 5 stars for the food. We had a late lunch and it has a casual n lively vibe about it.We ordered Shrimp Campi, iceberg wedge salad and wine to begin with. The Warehouse Restaurant opened in 1969, they retained some of their history. You can see some of the original decor. We truly enjoyed the afternoon, watched the boats sailing and finally ended our meal with stuffed omelets n toast. Great service n ambience. Its a lovely place to visit with friends n family."

"What a sad experience we will never be back! We came in as we usually do for drinks and appetizers at 7:45pm. In the middle of eating we were asked if we would want anything else because the kitchen was closing but the bar would stay open.(we were sitting in the bar area) halfway through our drinks at 8:15 pm we were told the manager decided to close the bar down. (The hours state they are open till 11pm but apparently business was too slow) music was turned off lights were dimmed and we felt so awkward. Basically a hurry up and get the hell out of here. Left and went to Varsity next door for drinks. This may be why business is slow. Making paying customers who want to be there to feel uncomfortable and shoved out the door. We will never bother with this place again!"

"My husband and I went for an early dinner at 6:30 on New Year’s Eve. We had a reservation. Our receipt says our receipt says our server was Stephaniesu. We ordered drinks and then about 10 minutes later, we ordered dinner. We ordered prime rib and the double lobster tail and a side of mushrooms. Our dinner was taking a very long time and both of us have worked in fine dining and we know simple it is to prepare our order for service. They only needed to grill the lobster and sauté the mushrooms. At about 7:15, our server came to tell us it would be just a little longer. We questioned her about what was taking so long, we had already waited well over half an hour. First she tried to tell us the lobster has to cook “low and slow”. We know that’s not true. Then she tried to excuse it by saying “well, it’s New Years Eve and we’re busy “. We could see with our own eyes that the restaurant was only about half full. I know there is a shortage of employees right now but don’t take the reservation if you can’t provide the service. It ruined our holiday dinner that we paid nearly $200.00 for and we didn’t even have an app or a salad. We finally got our dinner after about an hour and the lobster was overcooked! It was delivered by a bus person and the hostess. They acted like they were afraid we were going to yell at them or something. I guess they thought WE were unreasonable. Our server had been chatting with co-workers and spending extra time with another table and was completely unconcerned with us. Finally she came and asked us if we needed some “boxies” to take home our leftovers. For some reason she also asked if we wanted to order some “desserties”, strange and unprofessional behavior. She never apologized and she never even acknowledged the disaster our dinner was. We paid the bill and left a 10 percent tip even though we shouldn’t have and we left. We are locals and we will not be back and we won’t recommend this restaurant to out of town guests anymore."

"I booked an early dinner and wanted to try this place out for a while. After reading some of the reviews I was a little reluctant, but we were seated immediately. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties made to order, they brought fries instead of the candy but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were yummy. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two large strips of bacon. Overall, the food, the service and the ambience of the restaurant were somewhere between fair and good. Could give them another shot but wouldn't rush back."

"I only had an Affogato, which is an espresso served with a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt. I tried the one with yogurt, and it was delicious! "I just had Dinner at Devon and it was superb ! We were served in a fabulous way . We started out with their delicious Crab rolls ; you cant just eat one : Our server was marvelous ; she served to our every need and of course we had drinks first and we got their delicious breaded cauliflower; wow! We all got Seafood and my Grandson got ribs! The food was excellent the Chef is a gourmet creator of fine food . I am ready to go again !!!! It is a little expensive but believe me it is worth every penny ! Enjoy yourself to a great night out I took my 99 yr old Mom and my daughter and my grandson three generations of my family and a delight for dinner! I'll be back soon ! During happy hour, there is an automatic gratuity of 20%. The beer selection is limited to Heineken, Corona, and Coors Light, with no options on tap. The establishment portrays itself as upscale, but falls short. The venue has potential for improvement. "Jenny was our server, and she was fantastic. She had an excellent understanding of the menu and was incredibly friendly! Every staff member was attentive to all customers. My water glass was always filled, and the drinks were outstanding. I highly recommend the martini with vodka and bleu cheese olives! I ordered the surf and turf, while my husband had the pork with maple mustard glaze. We also shared a crab cake appetizer, and I must say, if you're from the inner port of Maryland, you'll be proud of their blue crab cakes. Our table setting was great, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was just perfect. This place is ideal for families celebrating a special occasion or anyone looking for a nice dinner. I definitely recommend it! We can't wait to come back next time we’re in the area. I suggest making reservations in advance."

"To start this off, I've been to their fish market and it was delightfully fresh seafood. Some of the best I've found away from the Oregon coast. However, this review is about the food cart at Play. I'm rather disappointed and here is why. We walked out to the truck and chose it out of three others. We decided to order the clam chowder and then come back for another round of food. We rang the bell. Nothing. We knocked on the window. Nothing. We looked through and saw someone sitting there who was obviously ignoring us. I turned to my friend perplexed, but decided to knock one more time a bit louder. About 30 seconds later, he stirred and put his phone down to answer the window. We ordered the chowder and he took our payment and then I proceeded to watch him take the chowder out of the fridge, ladel it into the to-go container and then straight into the microwave they went. 5 quick minutes later we were presented with two spoons a handful of crackers and two microwaved bowls of $8 soup. Needless to say, we did not go back for our second order. When we got back to our table and compared our soups, mine was basically cream with a few chunks of potatoes and clams, and hers was so thick it was cold in the middle. The flavor was good. It has a lot of potential to be great, but consistency is the root of a successful reputation. Sad showing for a high quality fish market. You need to fix this or just stay in the fish market sector. I sadly will no longer be a customer."
