"On a positive note, our server was friendly and accommodating. The New York strip steak we ordered was excellent, but the Frank’s special chicken Parmesan was not as good as we had expected. It was supposed to come with spaghetti, but instead, it was served with mostaccioli or rotini. When we inquired with our server, he kindly offered to bring the correct spaghetti. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived, the chicken Parmesan was ice cold, so we had to take it home. Hopefully, it will taste better the next day.
There were also some minor issues: the air conditioning was freezing, and when we asked the hostess if she could adjust it, she simply acknowledged that it was cold but said she had no way to change it. In the ladies' room, there was no soap at the sink, and one of the toilets was broken. Given that there was a large group of women and only one stall, this was quite challenging, especially without soap for washing hands.
Overall, this was not the experience we had hoped for. At least the steak pleased the birthday person, but even the cannoli we ordered for dessert was disappointing for an Italian steakhouse. We left feeling let down."
