"When we got here at about 10 25 am, they were very busy and we were told it was a 10-minute wait. We went to the restroom and we were gone maybe for 4-minutes. When we got back, the girl said it 's about a 20-minute wait. This was the same hostess. I told her we already checked in and you told me it was a 10-minute wait 5 minutes ago. She didn 't recognize we just spoke to her. Customer service on her end was a 2. She did not know what to do when or the common sense to apologize that she crossed our name off as seated already. She should have gotten a manager to seat us as she said 'I don 't know, I don 't know what to do ' She needs a little bit more experience. And what to do when she does not know what to do. When we were seated, everything was good. The waitress came to us right away. But she was preoccupied looking around and tapping her pen on her pad of paper while she was waiting for us to order. I thought that was a little bit rude. My husband food was great. My food was cold and the Grits were not cooked correctly. I told the manager and he corrected it and they came back. Excellent.... Overall, it was not the best experience but they fixed it and the managers customer service was excellent. The restaurant was very clean, which I did like."
