"We made it to the Sonesta Hotel near the PHL Airport late last night, and we were starving after a long day of traveling on top of the airline losing my bag. All we wanted was something to eat. We ordered from Curry Bird via GrubHub since they were open. The estimated time of delivery was 12:35-12:45am.Since this restaurant has its own driver, the GrubHub app couldn 't track the driver. So we waited...at 12:30am, I called just to get an ETA on the food because I wanted to take a shower. The person who answered the phone at the restaurant claimed the driver was on his way.So we waited...at 1:13am I called the restaurant back and the guy who answered said let me call the driver and quickly hangup. He never called me back. After that, all other calls to the restaurant went unanswered because they were closed. So now we 're annoyed, hungry, and stuck in limbo, wondering if it could still be on its way or if we should just cancel the order. I wound up having to cancel it, but the hotel shuttle was nice enough to take us to Wawa.Since this place has its own driver and I spoke to the restaurant twice and was given the run around before being completely stood up, I can blame no one but the restaurant. This is how they treat customers late at night when they 're ready to go home, I guess. As for the food, never tasted it. Can 't say. But their customer service is pure trash. Would not recommend."
