"First and foremost, they need to do a thorough deep clean of both the dining area and the restrooms. I've heard many complaints from other locals regarding the service, prices, and overall cleanliness of this establishment. It appears that the restaurant hasn’t been properly cleaned in years, and the prices for the food are disproportionately high for a Chinese restaurant in Wise County.
Additionally, they should consider hiring more experienced waitstaff or providing better training. When I entered the restaurant carrying my two-year-old, I had to ask for a high chair, and the waitress simply pointed to them and told me to get one myself. We were the only customers for about 20 minutes after being seated, yet four other families arrived after we ordered. The waitress served those customers—who had arrived 20 to 30 minutes later—before bringing out our food. After waiting an hour for our order, I went to inquire about it, only to be met by another waitress at the cash register who claimed she didn’t know anything about my order and laughed while sharing my situation with another customer. This was incredibly unprofessional, and her attire was not suitable for her role.
Eventually, my waitress informed me that our food would be out soon and mentioned that she was very busy, without offering any apology for the delay. When I questioned why the other customers received their meals first, she told me that theirs were just appetizers. I requested to speak with the manager, but my waitress refused to let me. I expressed my frustration about the service and wait times, to which one of the waitresses dismissively replied, “don’t fall down on your way out.”
After being a loyal customer for years, I can safely say I will not be returning."
