"My family ordered online from Aroma for the first time on Mother's Day (a few days ago) and the order was placed on their website (for pickup). We ordered 5 items 4 entrees and an appetizer and were told by the website the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I sent my husband to go pick it up. Once he got there, he waited an additional 30 minutes before the food was ready. Then, once he got home, we realized that we did not get our appetizer. I called to tell them (they were still open at the time I called), and the call went to voice mail. I left a message and now, 4 days later, I have heard nothing. I also wrote them an email, using the email on their website. I didn't get a response that way either. The food that we received was good, especially the cauliflower masala we all loved that. We ordered everything mild, though, and one dish was WAY spicier and difficult to eat. There were a lot of jalapenos in it, which I assume was added for spiciness which means they could have made it mild, as we asked for but overall, all of the dishes had a lot of flavor and we enjoyed the food. That is the reason I am not giving a one star review. Because the food was good, we are super disappointed in the service. We don't mind waiting for good food, but when we are told food will be ready at a certain time and it's a LOT later than that, something should change. And to forget an appetizer again, it happens and overall, we are forgiving if we like your food but to ignore messages and not try to make this right? We paid you for food we did not receive and you have not responded. If Aroma improves on their service, I would consider ordering again. But if nothing happens with this, they owe me money and we will not be visiting again."
