"Stopped into see if I could bring my dog on the patio they said no so we went back to the hotel and ordered delivery. The lady I talked to on the phone said 35-40 minutes which was perfect. (my hotel was 4 minutes away) 45-50 minutes pass so I call them and the lady said they just came out of the over he will be there in 10-15 more minutes I say ?ok? wait 15 minutes and go down to the lobby. 20+ minutes later I call again and she hands me to the manager or whoever his name"
