"On the side of a road about 5 minutes outside of Sag Harbor town is this small Mexican-influenced restaurant dishing up some amazing brunch and dinner options. You’ll likely have to wait for a table if you go, but they flip tables pretty quickly and you can spend the time enjoying their back garden while you wait. Whether you’re looking for a breakfast burrito, tacos, or chocolate chip pancakes, Estia’s has something for everybody. For drinks, I highly recommend the Bloody Mary. For food, I loved their scramble of the day, which was filled with chorizo, onion, pepper, and cheese, and came with sides of beans, rice, and corn tortillas. Essentially a DIY breakfast taco platter exploding with flavors. If you like hot sauce, they serve two homemade hot sauces that are awesome too."
