"My granddaughter was looking forward to our trip to Menchie’s! However, this was not a good visit and she was very much disappointed. Many of the flavors were out, as was the hot fudge. When I asked the worker if there was more, she was extremely indifferent and said “not at this time” without a smile or any words of apology. She was downright rude in how she was treating customers. And she had her phone right there, doing whatever. Just not a good visit at all!"
