"We had an early dinner at 5:30 on a Monday. The restaurant is very small and family-run, and parking is limited to a one-way alley in the back. I found the Tom Kah Gai soup ($5.00) to be disappointing—there was no noticeable coconut milk, and it had an overwhelming amount of lime juice. However, the red curry duck ($18.00) was quite good. The fried duck was served on a separate plate from the sauce, which I found unusual; I’ve had this dish at several Thai restaurants before, and it’s typically served in the sauce. I prefer it this way because it absorbs the flavors better, and the sauce makes the meat less crispy. I requested no bell peppers or pineapple, and asked for scallions instead, but there were no scallions in the dish. Regardless, it was still tasty. The red curry chicken ($10.00) and basil chicken ($11.00) were both good as well. Overall, we plan to return."
