"Villari’s Lakeside has always been a fantastic place for fine dining. Food is always delicious and the service is always excellent as well. Our entrées were prepared perfectly and nicely flavored. we enjoyed the filet Oscar and the short rib Ragu with pasta. Our server was quite attentive and make sure our table was well served. We highly recommend dining at Villari’s as you’ll be sure to get a delicious meal to enjoy."

"Shan dong represents an excellent combination of taste and value that they have fantastic food for a good price, and you will be a great experience while you are here. I will not go through the specifics too much time, but I will recommend going with a good size group, and order a number of dishes so you can share them family style and really get to experience a lot of different varieties. When I stopped by Shan Dong with a group of 7 friends, we ordered a number of different dishes, had a lot to eat (and even some extras at the end), and all said, I think we spent less than $25 each. The hand pulled noodles are a must have Shan dong does a good job with them! Overall, highly recommend Shan dong, it is absolutely worth a try!"

"Today, I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered lunch for my family over the phone, paid for it, and waited for it to be delivered. However, when the food arrived an hour later, they asked for payment again. Despite me showing proof of payment, they claimed there was an issue with my bank rejecting the payment, which was not the case. After a long back-and-forth with the delivery person and their manager, I was told there was a system error and that I would need to pay again and wait for a refund in 3 to 5 business days. The manager was rude and insisted that I pay again, which I refused to do. In the end, I contacted the police to resolve the situation. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Absolutely unacceptable service!"

"Atmosphere: N/A (I’ve only ordered takeout.) On my first order, I had the moo shu veggie, but unfortunately, the cabbage didn’t taste fresh. When I called to let them know, they were very accommodating and told me not to worry and to come back. Months later, I returned, and they remembered me. This time, the meal was much improved and not overly greasy. The food was tasty and fresh, though it could have been a bit more flavorful. However, I believe consistency and good service are what make a business successful."

"I've gone to this restaurant several times, and unfortunately it's not consistent at all. The first time I visited, we went for lunch and it was fantastic. The white spring rolls were great. However, every time was different. Sometimes the food was great, other times it wasn't good at all. The seasonings were different every time. For as much as you pay per entree, you would think it would be worth it. Eating there for dinner is enough to break you. I would recommend this place for lunch only, because if it's not good, at least you didn't spend too much. Average lunch entree is about $8. Average dinner is over $15."

"I had shrimp and broccoli for lunch, and I was very disappointed. The shrimp was poorly fried, and the breading tasted like plain flour. The fried rice was undercooked as well. When I went back for a refund or to exchange my meal, the cashier was rude. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he wanted to argue with me about how many shrimp were left in my dish, as if there was nothing he could do. He initially offered me three wings with no sides, then changed it to two wings with rice. The length of time it took to address this situation and the arguing with a customer is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning!"

"Earlier this week, we ordered a large plain pizza from Frank's, which has been our go-to spot despite being a bit further from home. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed this time. The pizza was surprisingly small! Did we receive a small pizza by mistake? It still cost us $16, but it barely felt like two regular slices, with the rest being nothing more than embarrassingly tiny pieces—slices that could hardly satisfy a small child. Plus, there was an excessive amount of crust! Were you short on sauce and cheese? It was also undercooked. We’ve been to the store for slices before and have never seen such a sad pie displayed on the counter. Usually, the slices are huge, and we even have leftovers to take home. We hope they can improve in the future because the pizza options near us are terrible, and we really liked this place before."

"It’s a pity how poor the service is. It seems none of the staff were trained. We were seated on time for our reservation but then no one came over to the table for about 15 min. The bread and oil were very tasty. A majority of our table tried the prefix menu and were surprised at the serving sizes. For 3 courses there was way too much food and it was such a waste! The food was just ok, my husband does not recommend the patatas bravas and the paella was mediocre at best. The worst part of our experience was that none of the plates from the first course were cleared before the second course came out and they began to auction the dishes to us. We had to collect our own plates and move them to the next table to make room. One of the servers also spilt soup on one of the guests in our party and they hardly apologized, nor did they offer a towel to clean it up. I would not go back and I do not recommend at all. Sushi is made when ordered, hand rolled- I don't usually like tuna but was great for the spicy tuna roll.Took our daughter for her birthday with the hibachi, plenty of options for vegetarians/pescatarians. As well as if you don't want to sit at the hibachi grill.More than accommodating, very fun and friendly.They went above and beyond, well worth the money you spend as well as the portion amounts- plenty to take home, and i eat a lot.They surprised our daughter with a robot server as well that sang happy birthday to her.100000/10 recommend and will be going back."

"My wife and I always love the food here and the garlic lo mein in particular is fantastic. I'd like to add that we called to ask if the pineapple fried rice was vegetarian friendly (it is) and the staff were kind enough to call back to make sure eggs were okay with us. They really didn't have to do that but the fact that they went out of their way to do so really speaks volumes about the people working here and how they care about their customers. Can't recommend them enough!"

"Pretty solid diner food. I had this talaria dish with pineapple and coconut that was on the specials menu that was very good. There were lots of sides to go around with our meals, from curly fries and sweet potato fries to butter corn and house salad. Most of us took some food home in a box, so while it was slightly expensive for a diner, we got our money's worth."

"I would suggest treating your customers with value and respect and you'll see a lot more success. You run a business, but you lack customer service. Everytime I see you, you are never happy. You don't interact with your customers, instead you greet them with an attitude as if you don't want to be bothered. You run a restaurant, yet you tell me that I can not dine inside. Although last time, I ate inside and you said nothing about it. I see why your place is always empty. You should be happy that you have a customer who wants to sit down and eat. You have one area that is closed off, everywhere else is open so if you don't want customers to dine in, why do you have the area open? You should just sell your furniture at this point because it's taking up space and maybe you will have enough money to pay your bills and you wonder why you have been having a hard time keeping your business going, it's because you don't value your customers. I would rather go somewhere where I am treated with respect and where my money is appreciated. I pray that you will change your attitude and realize that your customers are what keep your lights on, pay your bills and without them your business is nothing. You should read your reviews so you can see where you need to make improvements. Furthermore, If a customer who is paying requests for extra crispy chicken, you should follow their orders, you are not the one who has to eat the food! Things like that make customers not want to come back to your business. Take notes from China Dragon in Catonsville! See how their business is Succesful and prosperous be wuse they value their customers! And if you are worried about a customer making a small mess than you are in the wrong business. It's a restaurant, things like that do happen! Like is this a joke? And you wonder why! I will never spend my money here ever again. The food was not that great this time around anyway and the consistency is never the same. I came here because it was close by and also wanted to give you business but never again. I will be sticking to my original Chinese spot. You are rude."

"First of all excellent service !!! The waiter was amazing with checking in on us etc? On the other hand the food was perfect! The portions were good and it got me full. Price wise I think it?s affordable depending on what you order. My favorite dessert was the lemon sorbet. It was delicious and it was something that you just wanted more of. Overall I recommend this place to anyone that wants to dine in because it has both an excellent service and amazing food."
