"Came to this location with my fiance a week ago on Sunday evening June 23rd as a treat. We came here based off of all the wonderful reviews they have. I must say we were very disappointed. First of all, our waiter started off on a bad foot. He came to our table and took our drink order which was fine, but after he brought our drinks he asked us if we needed more time and we responded just a couple more minutes and then he was a ghost for a good 30 minutes! The place was pretty dead. We were sat in the dining room and there were only two other small tables in there with two people each other than us and and only a few people at the bar. I'm not sure if he was bar tending and waiting on tables, or doing multiple jobs, or what, but that was ridiculous and we were about to walk out when he finally came and checked on us. Don't get me wrong, he was very pleasant and smiled and all the staff we dealt with were pleasant as well. We ordered the crab dip, which was meh! It tasted more like salt than anything else and overpowered the crab. I ordered the crab trap with sweet potato fries and asparagus just so I could have some fiber. The shrimp were very good (typical tasting shrimp), and the snow crab legs were good too as well as the fries. The asparagus was disgusting and tasted burnt or maybe like the grill hadn't been cleaned in a while and they were very soft and limp.the blue crabs sucked and didn't have enough meat to feed a baby let alone a grown adult because they were filled with mostly poo! Not sure what other dishes are like here, but just from the service alone for it being dead, probably won't be back to try anything else. If you visit here, stick with the snow crab legs!"

"The first time I tried one of the crab boxes and it was pretty good. The spices and sauces were delicious, so I regret not for the larger box with more crab, but then I can be greedy! I tried it tonight and got a fish and crab cake with the devil eggs. Well... The fish (swai) was a smidge over season, the Mac and cheese was just a smidge-blande, but the topped greens were packed with good taste and I would just have eaten a bowl of it!!! The devil eggs were quite delicious, so maybe they got the memo from a previous poster... There were still water in the bottom of the container, but the egg itself was not watered or soup (also not rubbed) so I really enjoyed it. This crab cake... When I tell you I have sketched over fish and crab cake combos because every other time I have a combo like that the crab cake was garbage but this crab cake here is AMAZING!!! I was a little withdrawn from the price, but when I wrapped my lips around the crab cake, chased! Good luck! At the end of the day, this is my neighborhood crab spot now, so I am back. And how many small businesses, sometimes it takes a little minute for them to find their step with consistency, but that also depends on us as cartridges. So I hope that this will help them to keep a few quality control things in mind with food and encourage others to try the menu before you only make a negative feedback (and spread). I think this place could be a seafood splinter in this neighborhood and people deserve the convenience!!! Lord knows my greedy self!! See you next time, Soul and Krab House!!! I really enjoyed my food!! Now I need a nap!!! Lol"
