"Last night, I tried the Steak and Cheese sub at Rosa's during the Friday Food Critic night. I ordered it loaded with double meat, double cheese, and fries. The sub was really awesome, almost deserving of 5 stars. However, the double meat was a bit much, creating a messy eating experience. The only thing preventing a 5-star rating was the lack of Hoagie Spread at the restaurant, as it is essential for a proper steak and cheese sandwich. The crinkle cut fries were not a favorite, and the quality of the meat was average. Despite this, I would still order it again as it is the best option on this side of Richmond. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and the staff is friendly. Overall, it was a good experience, although not quite reaching a true 5-star steak and cheese standard."

"If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry, and the fries were soggy. The marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks tasted more like tomato soup than anything else. The homemade honey mustard sauce was odd and quite unappetizing."

"This used to be my favorite pizza place. They used to be great at everything and their pizza was delicious. However, something has changed recently and it's a shame. I have tried ordering from them multiple times to see if it was just a fluke, but today's experience was a perfect example of the decline. The pizzas were bland and when I ordered 3 chicken fingers and fries, they sent me an extra order of fries and only two chicken fingers. This is not the way to do business and I will not be ordering from them again. Additionally, the pizza arrived cold and the soda was warm. I work in an office and never receive paperboard or cups when I order food."

"I visited during Downtown Dining Week and chose this restaurant, which was part of the $35 options. Unfortunately, the service was much below that expected level. There was a long wait between courses, and plates remained on our table until the next course arrived. Our server seemed quite disinterested in us, and drink orders took a lengthy time to arrive. We weren't provided with new silverware, and I was specifically asked to remove my fork from my plate so the server could clear it away. The food was decent to good, but nothing outstanding. None of these issues would have been as bothersome if they hadn’t all occurred or if the restaurant had been on the $25 list instead."

"I recently had another amazing Cheesesteak Stromboli from Star, and I can't get enough! I used to be a devoted customer of M.T.P., but my last three orders from there were either wrong or served cold. Star truly deserves a perfect 10! This place is outstanding! The staff is always a delight to talk to on the phone, and placing an order is effortless. My food consistently arrives hot, fresh, and with a smile. Everyone I've dealt with has been fantastic. Other pizza places could really learn a thing or two about making great pizza and delivering excellent customer service. But honestly, they don’t need to—I'm more than happy to spend all my money at Star!"

"So good! We came for lunch and had the prickly pear margaritas, which we added jalapeño to, and they were amazing. Not too sweet and very fresh tasting. Mom had the watermelon slammer and it was very natural fresh squeezed juice. The cocktails were a 10/10 for sure. We then had 6 oysters on the half shell, which were a good value all things considered. Pretty big and delicious. Then we had a cold lobster roll and hot lobster roll, with waffle and regular fries. The bread for the lobster rolls are amazing, and soooo much delicious lobster. The fries were crispy and flavorful. I’m not huge on cole slaw and even that was great. We loved everything we ordered here and will definitely be back! Bonus: we had my chocolate lab with us and we were able to sit on the patio with him."

"I was unimpressed with my dish (skip the tex mex wrap), but the other dishes my group ordered all looked pretty good. The menu is a bit overflowing with choices which some people like, I do not. I think it could be streamlined a bit since they also have a specials menu. The coffee is your standard diner coffee, which I say is a plus, and the staff did a good job keeping the coffee mug topped up. It's a solid diner but nothing I'd go out of my way for. If you're in the area and want breakfast it's worth the stop."

"This is our new favorite local BYOB spot. We've been twice now. The staff is very warm and friendly and the food is superb. If you like well crafted food and are willing to pay for very interesting tasting, beautifully plated food then this is a great place to go. We've been twice and both times they have been great with dietary restrictions as well. It's charming, casual enough to walk in (if you can get in!) but also a great place to take visiting friends and relatives or for a special night out or date. The Wayne area needed a place like this. We'll keep going back for sure."

"My wife and I were here a few months ago and decided to return. This was our second visit since a flood devastated the building. We began with a pitcher of Sangria and ordered Chicken with mushrooms and Shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Both entrees were delicious. A salad was served with the meal. The dining room gets quite noisy, but it's worth the noise to enjoy truly outstanding food."

"Pizza is a solid 5 stars and the only reason this place is even getting 2 stars; it's everything else that stinks. We have tried a number of things and have just tossed it all out. Tonight's new try was the traditional wings with suicide sauce to accompany our pizza because it's their Sunday special and we figured why not. We love spicy so we went with the hottest sounding sauce suicide sauce. Suicide sauce is apparently just wings tossed in watered down tabasco then rolled in crushed red pepper. Weird, gross, and not at all spicy. Super disappointed. Come for the pizza, stick to the pizza. Oh, the blonde girl was not wearing a mask, but everyone else I saw was. (Was originally going to be 3 stars until I remembered that girl without a mask)"

"Ordered from the Slice app, one of the specials Cardinals has going: large cheese pizza, 12 wings (we got honey bbq), garlic cheese bread, and a 2L of soda. I added a large salad. Everything is really tasty, especially the pizza and the sauce with the cheesy garlic bread. The salad is also really good--I must compliment Cardinals on using really yummy tomatoes--they taste like a legit local summer tomato, not a 'plasticy ' tomato that 's been on a truck for 3000 miles. The salad came with a big hunk of garlic bread, which was not expected and also delicious!"

"It's been a while since I've visited Belisimo, but there used to be a location near my home in the Westminster area of Carroll County, just a few blocks from Westminster Municipal Park. I recall always having a great experience there; the staff was friendly, and the food was incredibly delicious. I particularly remember the pizza slices being enormous when I was younger! I'm not sure why some people have had negative experiences; perhaps it varies by location, but I never had any issues."
