**Food:** Now to the main event! It was my wife and I's first visit, along with some friends, and we made sure to sample a bit of everything we ordered. We started with the onion strings, and our main courses included ribs, lemon horseradish squid, potato-crusted chicken Parmesan, and chicken riggies with vodka sauce.
The onion strings were fantastic—crispy and perfectly seasoned, unlike many places where they can be too greasy or salty. The BBQ sauce on the ribs was possibly the best I’ve ever had; I suspect there's a hint of apple in it, and whatever it is, it’s simply delicious. The ribs were so tender that the meat practically fell off the bone.
I’m not a fan of horseradish, but I barely noticed it in the squid dish; it was cooked just right, and the crust was delightful. The potato-crusted chicken Parmesan brought something different to the table, and I really enjoyed the combination.
The chicken riggies were served in a flavorful vodka sauce that I absolutely loved, with a great balance of meat, vegetables, and noodles.
Overall, the food was exceptional, and we truly enjoyed our time there. If it weren’t for the fact that I already loved it, we would definitely be going back!"
