"DONT COME HERE IF YOUR NOT WHITE. The owners are extremely racist and they will make sure you feel uncomfortable as soon as u walk in; you just feel their eyes already judging you as u walk into the restaurant it’s the two overweight Italians specially the lady. I am a regular at this place I go there so much that the servers already know my order. The servers are very nice and friendly. I always tip them accordingly, I never have left without tipping except for today because our waitress left early so her coworker took the table and just gave us the check so of course like I’m sure any other person you wanna tip the person who actually served you but unfortunately she left for w.e reason so when we went up to pay we hit no tip on the machine and automatically the racist owner started giving us a talk about how she doesn’t know if we’ve ever went to a restaurant but it’s not the same as fast food and we have to tip.which is absolutely absurd and a crazy way to treat you guests, when you first of all don’t even know if we left cash on the table (which we sometimes do. My boyfriend actually knows the waitress we had today because it’s his cousin and was going to send her her tip through cash app to make sure she was the one who got the tip since she was the one who served us. Which I didn’t think I would need to give an explanation to anyone. Especially knowing that tipping isn’t even mandatory. She than pulls out her pen and says that we can add the tip on the receipt which I said no because our waitress left and she said it’s doesn’t matter you still have to tip it’s a group effort. At this point I don’t even want to tip at all because it’s just insane the way she is talking to us and demanding we tip which I have no problem doing because I am also a tipped employee. Personally I would never demand someone tips me and if I did I would never speak to someone so rudely like she did to us. She acted like we were caveman that have never stepped into a restaurant before knowing we go there many times a month. I bet if we were white she would never even have the courage to ask why they are hitting no tip. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!"

"The setting felt private, and we weren't close enough to other diners to be disturbed by their conversations. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We had an early dinner, which was perfect for happy hour drinks from 3 to 5 PM. My mom's merry margarita was absolutely stunning—she took several photos of it! I ordered the meatloaf and enjoyed it so much that I decided to get one to go. The portions and prices were very reasonable. I will definitely book an igloo again in the future for my extended family!"

"Beautiful decor and very attentive waiter staff. When we arrived it was only us and another couple. The bread and water was served less than one minute of us being seated. For an appetizer we had the Stick Ribs which was very delicious. For entrée Ihad the Grouper with Scallops and Spinach and a Pomegranate Mojito. The Mojito was too strong for my liking so I didn't drinkit. My husband had the Fried Shrimp and Fries. There was not many non alcoholic drinks to choose from only sodas which we don'treally drink. So my husband only drink option was a HiC Pink lemonade. The food presentation was amazingly beautiful. Eventhough the Grouper and Scallops was good I believe it needed more herbs and spices to add more flavor. There is a mandatory 20%gratuity added to total. We wasn't aware of this until it was time to pay our bill but i figured maybe we overlooked it. For ourmeal we paid $113. Also I would suggest a more presentable menu presentation the ones we had was torn with tape holding it."

"Fresh ingredients!. The ingredients are fresh and the pizza dough was New York style. We loved the italian decor even down to the Ferrari plugs and switch plates. Wait staff was nice, the owners or managers were there but did not make any effort to talk or thank the patrons, not that it is a deal breaker, but a nice touch. Will definitely come back when in town"

"I have often been travelling in jerlando to weinland. basic pasta dishes with marinara sauce or garlic oil are vegan. the marinara is very good imo, but the reason I love this place is the garlic knots. I confirmed with the restaurant that they are made with margarine (a man named bill was friendly enough to me a photo of the margarine label as well as the ingredients it 100% vegan without natural milk taste and it is also kosher pareve). make sure they don't ask for a cheese, because they usually care for some as garlands. the garlic nodes alone are worth stopping! updated by the previous review on 2020-06-29"

"I’ve heard such great reviews of Opus 9 that I was expecting the best steak of my life. It wasn’t. 3 of us at the table had the 8 oz filet. They were good but not great. Honestly, a little tough to cut through. I’ve had filets at other high end restaurants that you could cut through like butter. This was not that experience. For a $60 steak I guess I expected more. Had a caprese salad with mealy tomatoes and mozzarella that I am guessing isn’t made fresh. Overall, it’s a beautiful restaurant and the service was good. Food did not live up to the hype. A good steak in Williamsburg but I wouldn’t go much further than that."

"Had reservations for dinner but thought we would have a drink before hand. We sat at the bar and waited for the bartender. A waiter came in and got some soft drinks. Another couple walked in and handed them menus as he looked at us, without menus, and told the couple the bartender would be there soon. Looked at us again and walked away. Thankfully that waiter did not wait on us for the rest of the night. Everything else was great. Would highly recommend Otto’s."

"Stopped in for a quick drink and appetizer. I sat at the downstairs bar and was immediately attended to by Jeremy the bartender. I asked for a margarita on the rocks and he asked if I would like to try watermelon flavored. I said yes and it was delicious. I also ordered shrimp kisses and my appetizer came out quickly and hot by Chef Quinn with the most infectious smile. She was attentive enough to get my food to as soon as it was ready. I was also chatted up by Curtis in management who passed my way a couple times. Great service from a great staff."

"I don't normally post negative reviews, but my experience was decent at best. Not terrible, but not amazing. Excellent humus to start off with, and the location is gorgeous. Our server did a good job in general. I got the chicken curry, and it was decent. I heard good things and wanted to try it. Not something I would get again though unfortunately. Very, very mild in both spiciness and spice in general. I could excuse that, but our service in regards to the kitchen was poor. My curry came out looking like it had sat under the heat lamp too long, and was brought out well before my fiancee's barramundi. We ended up having to wait a full 10 minutes between getting my curry and her getting her meal, by which time my food was luke warm at best. Our server did her best, but there is only so much you can do when you have to remake an entire fish when everyone else's meals are sitting in the window. I was a server/bartender for years and I can sympathize with being in that position. Overall it was very disappointing compared to many of the meals I've had here before. This one fell well below the standard I've had at Bella Luna in the past. It will most likely be a while before we come back."

"Service was great, food was ew. I never write reviews, but I couldn’t let other people waste their money like we did. We got the shrimp and scallop pasta, which was just noodles, oil, and flavorless seafood. I could see black pepper, but didn’t taste it literally no flavor. My husband got the Nashville chicken sandwich, which was also bland af. Chef should be applauded in managing to give a Nashville hot chicken sandwich ZERO flavor didn’t think that was even possible. Also got the panna cotta it was a pan of NO duh. Tasted like unflavored gelatin. 0/10 for food if you like the taste of taste."

"We have always liked the warehouse, But last nights food was far from impressive. The swordfish that I always order was very thin and overdone, and my wife’s prime rib left a bit to be desired for sure We also ordered the Louie salad which we have for years, and I must say well it wasn’t bad it was nowhere near as good as usual. The tomatoes weren’t ripe at all and work hard. The crab in addition to being almost nonexistent wasn’t very good, but the shrimp or flame I’m hoping it’s just that they were going through supply shortages because the meal was anything but inspiring. We will give them another try."

"If you don't like loud exciting music and singing and drums and maybe a dash of yelling, this may not be the place for you on a Friday or Saturday night. We loved it. It's loud. Usher, Lil Jon, Lil Wayne, Mexican music and other dance music playing loud enough that you have to talk loud. It's a very fun atmosphere. There's tons of drink specials but most of the fancy drinks are $15 30. Our meal was reasonable and we paid around $20/person. The food was all excellent. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was exciting from the front door to the table the entire time we were there. It was packed the entire time and people waiting but we had reservations. 100% loved it and if you don't mind distractions, this is a phenomenal restaurant."

"the Thanksgiving menu was pretty good and quite generous in portions, but was overpriced compared to other menu choices. I was surprised that a 18% tip was automatically added to the bill! I can understand if there is a big group, but there were only two of us. the bill came to $86 and there were no drinks involved (only water). it should be the choice of the diner how much to tap. there is no incentive that the waiting staff makes a good job when they know they get a healthy tipp. in future I wonder before I make a reservation. if a set tip is enforced, I will dinate elsewhere."

"03/25 update Went back to dinner with another couple this evening. The drinks were terrible (1st dirty martini had no olive juice, 2nd was all olive juice). They were out of the white wine I ordered. Appetizers were served super quickly, which was hopeful. We then waited a full hour for our meals. And, my filet mignon was served over cooked; (completely brown and dry and even worse cold. As in, I put my hand on it and it was not even warm to the touch) I cut thru the center in hopes that the brisquet might be ok in the center but it was thoroughly overcooked. They offered to make me a new meal; however, they reheated the entire same plate and served it back to me. I know it was the same because I had cut thru the center of the steak and I had taken one bite of the potatoes and it was the exact same plate..the food was not even moved..so it seems very likely that they microwaved it!! Who microwaves an overcooked filet mignon? Our friends had ordered a side of Brussel sprouts, which were brought to the table uncooked and literally refrigerator cold. SO dissapointing. Not sure we will go back given the vast amount of dining options at this price point. Absolutely amazing dinner. Jake was a fabulous server and knew the menu inside out. Incredibly attentive, but not intrusive. Fresh baked bread to begin our meal was wonderful. Ceaser salad was so tasteful and easily enough to share. Great wine and whiskey selection. Ample pours. The Filet steak was prepared perfectly...I mean perfectly! The surf and turf tasting board was wonderful and everything was prepared to be flavorful and hot. The veggies were seasoned and cooked to perfection. We had carrot cake for dessert.. it was served cooked with cream cheese icecream that was surprisingly delicious. Ambiance was comfortable, upscale, trendy. Great date night or dinner out with friends. They split the restaurant into rooms so it's not overly loud. They have a cute outdoor patio for outside seating or you can select to sit at the chef's table if you prefer. I don't usually give five stars, but this place nailed it."

"We experienced a 20-minute wait, during which we noticed at least five dirty tables. Once we were seated, it took about 10 to 15 minutes for our drinks—three sodas and a beer—to arrive. We then waited 45 minutes for our meals. In the meantime, two parties that were seated after us even received their bills before we got our food. The manager didn't take any steps to make us feel appreciated or inclined to return. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to poor management."
