"Oh dear...what to say.. I guess I could quote our server who said I 'm sorry for the atomic bomb today, all my tables have gone well until you. Should I say more? One meal got sent back 2x to fix egg error really, how hard is over hard? . My meal got sent back because my eggs Benedict turned out to be hard boiled (like, WHAT?, over hard came out runny and Benedict came out hard boiled?? One person at our party never actually got her meal...like, not at all. They brought it out and she had already left. We packed it to go. We ordered 2 deviled eggs and they said sorry, they only had enuf for one order. You can 't be serious? You can 't put together deviled eggs in the kitchen? Ketchup and salt pepper had to be asked for multiple times. One at our party asked for coffee and sugar substitute..she nearly finished her cup when server came and and whispered they were out of sugar substitute. Finally manager came out, comped the meal that got sent back 2x. Comped the meal that never showed up. Comped one appetiser and offered 20% discount. Oh, and also, kitchen made a dish by accident for another table, so they brought it out in case someone at our table wanted it. It 's fathers day. Big, busy day. So, ok, I guess. It 's difficult to imagine how they could make so many mistakes on one table, but I appreciate that manager tried to make it right. We had a meal at Flemmings once, where they made one mistake and they comped the whole meal...so...kinda hard to know where to sit with this one. We will go back. Not on fathers day. And not as a large group, but food, usually is good. They tried to make it right."

"Made a reservation, but didn’t need it. We turned out to be very late and called they said whenever you get here is fine. The ability to get in and the jazz musician were the only good things about our experience. Tried ordering the ‘prime’ filet to be told they were out. Ordered lobster, but the waitress came back and said they were out of that too and how about the crab? Fine, the crab it is! Dad ordered the prime ribeye chop for $72 medium rare and it came medium well. The server agreed and offered to redo it only to return with the same steak arguing that ‘the chef said when you cut it in the center it’s medium rare!’ Dad is sort of a beef aficionado and frankly you never tell the customer they are wrong...especially after you take their plate back to the kitchen! My guess is they were out of that too and it couldn’t be remade. The crab bordered on rancid. They kindly took that off the bill, but I worried all night that my son was going to get sick! There were fruit flies swarming around our drinks. I just can’t make this stuff up. No wonder it was so easy to get in. I am not one to write reviews, but when prompted by opentable I just can’t let this go...or others go to this restaurant. They tried to be accommodating, but you can’t fix poor and ailing quality. The bill was over $300 for 3 adults and 2 kids and most of the drinks were on a bar tab. Don’t do it!"
