"Our server, whose name I regretfully forgot—maybe Christina?—was attentive from the start. She took our drink orders quickly. While most of our party ordered alcoholic beverages, my mother and I chose Pepsis. She informed us upon returning that they were out of regular Pepsi and only had diet left, which I appreciated because many servers would just fill our glasses with Diet Coke/Pepsi without mentioning it. My mother stuck with water for the night, and I switched to Sierra Mist. While the Sierra Mist was a bit flat, it was still more enjoyable than any diet cola. We started with a pretzel crust appetizer, which was fantastic! The accompanying sauce added great flavor, and the variety of veggie toppings was a nice touch. For my entrée, I opted for the classic Mac and Cheese. It was warm but not too hot, just the way I like it. While the flavor was decent, it needed a little seasoning. Once I added some pepper, it became fantastic! It was on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it. After finishing our meals, the waitress offered to box up my leftovers, but I declined. We moved to the cozy fireplace area and chatted for a few hours. Eventually, my father and a friend went to the bar for drinks, while my mother, another friend, and I settled on a couch by the fire. The bartender was friendly, although it seemed like he wished we would leave after a while. I understood the feeling, as I would want to head home after a long day too, but he remained professional throughout. Overall, it was a great dining experience! If you're in the area, I highly recommend this restaurant, and I look forward to returning soon."
