"1. if you charge a FEE for people to use credit cards then dont take it OR tell the customer when they sit down the policy. as a business owner myself i find this practice VERY distasteful on the part of the owner! 2. woman employee i see her coming out of the kitchen so i say excuse me she sees me (looks right at me. Goes back into the kitchen comes out with a newspaper so she can stand by the counter and read. so i say excuse me ?! finally comes over doesnt apologize 3. busboy/helper man was not a waiter, did bus the tables but also sat customers down when they arrived so he had many jobs. he actually came up to my table to ask me if he could take away my oil and vinegar while am having my meal! I was once a waitress and let me tell you that is something you do not do! 4. the quality of the food and the price do not match up at all. I tried the steak that was recommended to me by my waiter. I asked waiter to recommended what is this place known for? whats good ? what popular? not something that would make me come back 5. this place slow had people walking in but after exploring the neighborhood this place does not seem to have a lot or any competition. perhaps business opportunity for others 5."

"Delicious food and great waitstaff. Very attractive mixed crowd and quite lively on a Friday night. Only knock is that inside tables were a touch small and not very comfortable. In fall and winter, it should be quite cozy. Compliments to the chef for putting together a nice menu and executing it to perfection."

"2nd time at this venue this time paid for Handicap seating because we had someone in wheelchair. This table was NOT handicap accessible once concert started all general admission people piled in at our table surrounding we blocked in we could not get out. Tried to get security to help but they stated too many people they cant do anything, asked for manager (Mia) she never came to see us. We also never had a server come to our table after requesting one 5 different times as we were supposed to order dinner but our biggest issue was that we paid for HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE table it was definitely NOT!!! This venue was over capacity for sure!! We left 10 minutes into the concert after we had to ask security ourselves to be helped out as we couldn 't get to the wheelchair people blocked it in and put their drinks on it we couldn 't get out on our own with wheelchair there was too many people in the exit route, definitely a fire hazard! We asked for a refund but did not get it. I feel we were discriminated against will be filing a complaint! Do not go to this venue if you have someone who is handicap!!! They need more security for certain types of events to ensure people who pay for handicap seating are accommodated appropriately! People who pay for general admission should have to stay in that area not get same privileges as those who paid for table!"
