"Everything was lovely except, when my party arrived I was unable to join due to the flu the staff did not recognize my reservation for 7. I made it well in advance and had received a number of confirmations. Also, the original reservation was for 6 and I called a few weeks ago to add one more, for a table of 7. My party were in limbo for about 20 minutes before they were advised they would be seated. Via phone to a member of my party, I offered the confirmation from OT and the staff advised it didn 't mean anything to them. After a few minutes, I located a text confirmation and sent it to a member of the party for the benefit of Perry 's staff. Was there some breakdown between OT Perry 's? This was a very disappointing beginning to an otherwise lovely Thanksgiving lunch experience."
