"The outdoor setting is nice in the summer and spring, but not so great in the winter or when it’s pouring rain. Fall is also not ideal. It's been a while since I visited this mall; I used to live nearby many years ago, before Amazon and online shopping began to impact malls and the enjoyment of going out, shopping, and spending time with people. Many of the stores I remember are no longer there, although there are still a few independent shops that I've never heard of before."
