"The young employees at this restaurant are typically friendly and helpful, but the relatively new owner seems to be lacking in professionalism. I witnessed him yelling at the staff during my last visit, and despite being a loyal customer for many years, he failed to acknowledge me or greet me. This behavior is frustrating and unacceptable."
