"Well we went on line placed an order, paid for the order, included a tip with our order!! This was on a Sunday afternoon, guess what they are closed on Sundays. Makes you wonder why their online system took our order processed our payment and told us what time to pick it up? We called the next day and attempted to get our order or a refund. Told to leave our information and a Manager would contact us, after a few days we called again this time we were told the corporate office would reach out to us. Left our email and phone numbers and still no contact. Guess this is $57.00 for 2 hamburgers we'll never see. And they will never see us again. I would rate zero stars if I could."
