"I ordered three milk teas, but they didn't have boba, which I was fine with. However, the service was lacking; the woman just took my order and payment without any interaction. She quickly made the drinks and informed me they were ready. When I tried the Thai tea, it tasted like sugar water, so I went back to let them know. They refunded me for one drink, but the other two strawberry milk teas were also disappointing—they tasted watered down, as if they used a lot of cheap tea and very little cream or milk, which is the pricier ingredient. At $4.50 per drink, I expected much better quality."
