"We had our first family meal at the restaurant, having visited other Ale Houses before, but what set this one apart was our server, Haley. She shone like a bright light—so friendly and always smiling, and her attentiveness made her a true professional in every sense. The food was equally impressive. I apologize for not taking pictures of the appetizers, but the Bavarian Pretzel was enormous, and the Spinach Artichoke Dip with chips was fantastic. The Chicken Pesto Ravioli was delicious and comes highly recommended. We also enjoyed the Zinger Mountain Melt and Chicken Cajun Pasta, both of which were delightful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning to try more dishes. We’ll definitely be asking for Haley again, and I suggest you do the same if you want great service!"

"I really wanted to like this place, but Miller's Alehouse of Springfield makes it virtually impossible. Let's start with the apps! Calamari- more like fried rings of fry. If I didn't know it was calamari I would thought I was eating fried rubber bands. Chips and guac- Chips were hot and salty.. A highlight of our meal. The guacamole was green and edible. "I wish I took a picture of my food but me and my sister were too hungry to remember. Everything was delicious. We ordered the calamari as an app, the breading was very light and crunchy and the sweet chili sauce that came with it was very good. We ordered the chimichurri steak salad and the snow crab entree and decided to share each. The salad was so tasty and the amount of crabs we got for $19.99 along with 2 sides was an awesome deal! I also had to order their signature zingers because they're the bomb. The host was a little slow to seat us, it wasn't even busy, but our waitress, Brianna, was very sweet and efficient. It was my sister's first time here and is already planning on when we should go back, which will be very soon!"

"I love Ale House Zinger Mountain Melt. However, this visit was not pleasant. I placed my order online requesting my zingers be tossed in the sauce. When I receive my food, it looked like the sauce was drizzled, as you will see in the photo. Only some ofthe zingers had sauce on them. When the zingers are tossed in the sauce there is usually a lot of sauce at the bottom and therewas a little, I'm glad I asked for a container of sauce. Since the Zinger Mountain Melt is a usual dish for me, I am used to anice sharable portion. The to go portion was WAY SMALLER then the dine in portion. Lastly, the food was room temperature, as ifit was not freshly cooked. I arrived 1 minute after the pickup time, went inside to pick up the food, and ate in the car withthe expectation of my food being hot/fresh. I know everyone is having employee shortages, but the food preparation should remainthe same."

"This restaurant is a fantastic spot for late-night dining. The kitchen stays open late and offers a full menu. It's also a perfect place to catch sports games, with televisions scattered throughout the venue. During major sporting events, they even convert the pool tables into large communal tables by covering them. You can even reserve a specific spot in advance for events like football Sundays or the Superbowl. The service here is consistently top-notch, with friendly and amusing servers. The wings are a standout dish, available in a variety of delicious flavors."

"I ordered the full rack of ribs and they came out lukewarm and they had to go back to be heated up. This was the first time that I have had their ribs. My things that I want to have with my ribs is that the meat falls off the bone and a good sauce which was good. I know that to prepare the ribs is to use a good rub of seasonings. I know that salt is used and there's a bit of a salt taste but you don't have to go crazy with. The sauce flavor was good but they over did it with the salt or other seasonings that may have a salty taste which was starting to over power the sauce. Other than that they were good."

"Great experience like any other Millers Ale House. The food was on the point; the drinks were cold with many designs options. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The only negative of this particular place was the speed of the service. I think the lack of attention could be due to lack of personnel. The restaurant was not crowded; the waiting times were long, however, as there were noticeable employee inability during my visit. Although uncomfortable, this attitude would not deter from future visits."

"I am unfortunately very disappointed in today's experience at this restaurant. We arrived and placed our order at 1:38. Unfortunately it took over an hour to get our food. I would normally be more patient but we had a pregnant mom and we needed food quickly. They didn't even get the first course (soup and salad) out in a reasonable time frame. We were also there during our work lunch hour and it took us two hours to have lunch. They got two orders wrong and although they comped a portion of the bill, it was not enough. We felt that if they had been honest and told us how long the food would take, we would've been better equipped to make a decision. All in all, good food ruined by rotten service and poor managerial decisions. Its especially sad because I went this past Tuesday and had a great experience. The manner in which they served us was so egregiously poor that I felt compelled to leave a negative review. Avoid this place. There are plenty of good eateries in the Gables with better service."

"100% Vegan Restaurant delicious Burgers! I have ordered the following items and will rate them with the help of my tastebuds and opinion! My favorite burger was the „Korean BBQ Chik‘n Burger“ with added ranch. 5/5 Soft, tasty, juicy burger buns and delicious chik‘n! The second favorite burger was the Mammoth Burger! Also great taste! Both came with a side of fries. The fries are regular fries. Fries: 3.5/5 in addition to the fries, I ordered sauces/dips: ranch dip: 5/5. Sriracha Aioli: 2.5/5 spicy and little to almost neutral taste. Next burger in my personal ranking would be the Buffalo Chik‘n. I have been a vegan now for close to 4 years. I do however remember the tastes of food from before I was vegan. This here burger may not be my favorite because I never really was a buffalo fan I. The first place BUT! Very authentic and close to its original taste. Therefor, I can recommend this to the Buffalo lovers! Last burger in my ratings is the „Eleburger“ the name made me curious, I ate it and it’s classic, standard, nothing out of the ordinary burger. 3.5/5. in my opinion, the mustard taste was slightly too dominant. All in all, I will say that this is a great place to order from! I never visited the restaurant itself and only ordered and can therefore not speak on the actual restaurant itself. It is however a wonderful experience, ordering from a 100% vegan restaurant, without having to ask about animal cruelty free ingredients. 100% plant based and I can and will recommend this Restaurants menu! "I really enjoyed creating my own custom Moonbowl! It was delicious. I chose marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, brown rice, and kimchi, all topped with sweet Korean barbecue sauce. I also got the Sweet Loren's Birthday Cake Edible Cookie Dough, which was incredible. Overall, I would give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it!"
