"The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow and disorganized. The food is mediocre and overpriced, but the views are the only thing that redeem this place. It's disappointing because the menu options are good and the location is beautiful. This was my third visit, and each time has been disappointing. I keep hoping it will improve, but this last experience was the worst yet. Despite making a reservation, we were told upon arrival that they had overbooked and weren't sure when they could seat us. Luckily, we managed to secure the last four seats at the bar. After waiting 30 minutes, we finally got seated. The bartender was efficient and made decent drinks. However, once we were seated, there was a lack of attention to detail. We were given bread and butter without any plates or utensils, which we had to ask for. The bread and butter are a paid item, and it's just a small baguette with a small portion of butter. Our appetizer was forgotten, and it took over an hour to receive our entrees. We had to inquire about the status of our meal, and by the time it arrived, the restaurant was beginning to close. It took another 15 minutes to receive our check, which we had to ask another server to take so we could pay and leave. Additionally, a 20% tip was automatically added to the bill. The food itself was average at best. The Caesar salad was drowning in dressing and breadcrumbs, the chicken parm was lukewarm and dry, while the filet mignon and clam chowder were decent. The drinks were also average. On a positive note, the views from both indoor and outdoor tables are breathtaking, and every table has a great view. The restaurant can get noisy when full, but that didn't bother us too much."
