"Note: I do not give 5 stars to anything. 5 is perfection and humans are incapable of such (at least for now . 4 stars should be considered a 'perfect review ' Wow. Just wow. Unexpected gem in a slightly off the main road location. Went here with my boyfriend and was blown away by the service we received. Since then we have been back on a weekly basis. The food is INCREDIBLE. The nigiri and sashimi are so fresh you could hear it swim (not literally of course! , and the cuts are very generous. The tempura (this is a tempura house! is fantastic; not too breaded but just enough for that nice light battered flavour. The sake selection is good, too. Their cold soba is FANTASTIC, especially on a hot summer night. I have yet to try their sukiyaki but I plan on it soon. The manager is from Tokyo, and the chef is as well. If you speak fluent Japanese this place will be a good way to keep it up. My only regret is that I don 't have enough money to come here on a daily basis.
