"The pizza recipe is definitely New York style. Always tastes fresh! The cheese steak recipe is odd it uses cubed real chicken. Also tastes fresh, but not your normal cheese steak and I have a hard time getting past that. As far as the open and closing time issues some have mentioned, it 's never impacted me. In fact they stopped using credit cards which caught me off guard with no cash one time. The Owner said, 'Take it. Pay me later. ' That 's the benefit of a family run, neighborhood business. Its nice to have a local business with personality and quality. I definitely give them some slack if they don 't run traditional and on demand like a chain place."
