"Probably one of the best restaurants I've been to...and I've been to several Michelin starred restaurants, including one in Napa Valley just this past month. -The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. Very boutique -The staff is professional and provide refined service and entertain with high level conversation if you start conversing Chef Vincent Pantoliano is superb, unassuming and friendly, he makes his artful dishes do the talking...some of the best food in my life. -Quality of the food is impeccable; oysters, from Washington State, were fresh and about the best I've tried; a fish dish with almost an entire truffle on it was flavorful while delicate, simply delicious (great job Vincent) -The Maître D's, two of them both named David, was welcoming and made us feel at home. Very professional. When going to the washing room, I dropped my napkin, and he quietly came and replaced it without me even noticing -One of the two best restaurants I've known, together with La Villa Lorraine, in Brussels, where I've been in the early when it held Michelin stars -Of the starred restaurant I've been to, this Caviar Russe is in my opinion worth at least Michelin stars...Michelin, you're advised."
