"This was an initial visit to the restaurant. It is located on a busy street. I anticipated parking would be a problem here. It was not a problem. There is a parking lot behind the restaurant. The decor reflected the theme of the restaurant. I was notsure what to expect. My assumption was that it may be like a Greek restaurant. There were some similarities but stilldifferent. On this occasion, I ordered Lentil Soup. It was served very hot and it was delicious. I also ordered a ChickenShawarma sandwich. I have not been a real adventurous eater but this sounded good. Our server, Sana, explained what it was andwhat was in it. That was what I ordered and I did not regret it. The sandwich was wrapped in pita bread with lettuce, onion, tomato, tumeric and a garlic sauce. It was different and it was delicious. My thanks to Sana for her explanation and accuratedescription of the sandwich. I also had a sauvignon blanc wine from Lebanon. My first taste of Lebanese wine was a treat. Itwas light, refreshing, with a citrus flavor. There was no bitter taste. The wine and the sandwich were an excellentexperience. My dining companion ordered salmon fillet with couscous. It was tasty and cooked exactly as ordered. He alsofinished the couscous with gusto so it was apparently very good. The pita bread was outstanding. It was fresh, good flavor, andcooked to perfection. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. She explained several questions we had about the menu andenjoyed a brief conversation with her after the conclusion of our meal as she wanted to ensure we were satisfied with ourchoices. We appreciated the attention and attention to detail and she made the experience even more enjoyable. We were too fullto order dessert but the options on display at the front of the restaurant looked delicious and well worth trying for those whostill have the ability to eat more after a delicious meal."
