"After our visit to The Stubborn, we dined at Mandalay restaurant. We tried the tea leaf salad, papaya salad, and fish curry. All the dishes tasted like they were made at home with a lot of love and care. Our server informed us that the fermented tea leaves (lahpet) were prepared by their own aunt. Everything on the plate was a perfect blend of freshness, heartiness, and crispiness. The service was excellent as well. The restaurant is family-run, which added a charming touch to our experience."
