"We were not informed by either Chaatable or Open Table that the restaurant had closed. We only found out because we are locals who saw a story on a local news channel. We continued to receive reminders for our reservation until the time of booking, and even received one from Open Table. It's disappointing because we really enjoyed Chaatable and Masala Ale House, but now we are hesitant to try any other Maneets restaurants due to the poor communication regarding this closure."

"I ordered a goat biryani for delivery on Sunday evening. It wasn 't biryani, it was masala rice with goat meat in it. In the same rice bowl, one piece was dry and rubbery (overcooked), another was chewy (undercooked), with a layer of oil floating. It came with raitha that was sour and almost spoiled. Ewww!! I blame myself for ordering from here. It feels like, their thought was, "It 's a delivery order, why care ??‍. Nobody is in-person to complain. "THIS. IS. NOT. BIRYANI."

"I went to the Silver Spoon for a birthday dinner with staff. It was my first visit. The location is a little back from the main road, so I never knew it was there. The experience and the food were great. The service was great! The cashier greeted us when we came in and took our orders and we pay in advance. I had the meat leaf special with green beans and purple hull beans. The food was delivered very quickly, within 10 minutes after sitting. And it tastes super!!! So, service, food and atmosphere get 5 stars from me."

"The food is excellent (we have had their pizzas, sangak, and Napoleon cake), but the customer service leaves much to be desired. We have had a similar experience as other customers where the male cashier's attitude changes completely whether you are white. My husband and I used to take turns shopping here, and he was consistently rude to me (South Asian) while very cheery and respectful to my (white) husband. I like the bread too much to avoid this place for the clear biases, so I now ask my husband to go instead. I hope the bakery can acknowledge these issues and train the staff accordingly. While I do recommend this place to my friends, I do caveat my opinion with the customer service concerns. This is enough to deter people from shopping here despite the quality of food."

"PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. I dined here on Eid and the staff absolutely ruined my family and I’s experience. We were just getting ready to leave after not eating very much anyway as most of the food was bland and stale. The older man from the counter came up to our table out of nowhere and said “you guys have been here for too long”. No greeting-no anything, just very rudely said that. We were shocked. We asked him nicely if any time limitwas specified when booking/payingfor buffet and there obviously was not. Keep in mind there were ZERO families waiting for a table nor was it busy at all. He kept rudely going back and forth with us andWhen We asked for a manager another man came up, presented himselfAs the owner and was even ruder than the first. Staff have absolutely no respect for customers, besides the women who clean the tables and serve drinks. I will never be returning and advise you to not spend your hard earned money on such money hungry people as well as terrible food- especially at upwards of 30$ per person."
