"Thought we would try this location of Sub Delicious ordering a Pizza and the SteakBurger (touted by WLVL). The steakburger was not as described but was still delicious. The pizza on the other hand was not cooked all the way. It was a doughy mess. I decided to call and let them know it wasn't cooked so they can improve for further customers. I spoke to the manager who apologized and offered another pizza, unable to pick up that day he said he would write me down. When I did call back about 2 months later, I was not on the list and they informed me they would call me back they never did. Just an unfortunate situation but it is not in my normal area I drive to. Hope others have a better experience. The manager was great when I went in to pick up, but not so much when rectifying the problem."
