"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"

"This place was amazing! At first the ambience of the pier and the boats is unbeatable. It is not a high-replaced tourist area, and there are many parking spaces. I expected subpar, more cafe experience, but fortunately I was falsely proven. Everything was amazing! Meals come first with bread that was from this world. I've got the Clam Chowder and salmon fish Tacos and my friends ordered the crab cuffs and scallops. Our server Jaime was also one of the sweetest ladies. She was wonderful. We will definitely return and recommend."

"My boyfriend and I are new to the area and decided to try this restaurant. We had the Rib Eye Steak, and it was absolutely delicious! I also had the coleslaw, which was the best I've ever had at a restaurant. Everything was wonderful until it came time to pay, as it took a long time to get our check. Despite that, I would definitely eat here again. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"I literally sat at the speaker for 10 -15 minutes until i decided to pull around to the window.. once i got to the window three girls were in there laughing having fun and not doing their job? i asked were they still taking orders she said yea she didnt hear me at the speaker tf.. another truck was in front of me first and pulled off because they were taking too long"

"We made reservations for an anniversary dinner. Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. Food was great, service was awesome and the ambiance was nice. This was a first visit to this location on LaCantera Parkway. Downside was my vehicle being broke into and ruining the rest of our evening plans. Signs said surveyed by camera - no necessarily true. The buildings are surveyed. Of course, not really the fault of Ruth's Chris but waiting an hour to report it since we live just outside SA was definitely a downer. Next time - UBER for sure."
