"We've ordered from Roma multiple times and have always been satisfied, but today was a different story. We ordered a jumbo shrimp platter with fries, breaded mushrooms, and a ham and cheese sub with extra meat. The total for the meal, including tip, came to $54. Unfortunately, the sub was quite disappointing; it had very little meat, and the "ham" tasted terrible—more like ham bologna. For $13.98, I received just five small butterfly shrimp and a small portion of fries. I'm not sure what's happening with Roma, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again."

"We had a very pleasant first time experience. We were greeted warmly and the wait staff was very friendly and helpful with food choices. The food is Mediterranean/Turkish cuisine. There were many lamb, beef, chicken and seafood choices. We really enjoyed our dining experience and will be back and would recommend to others."

"I was there on a Friday night with couple of my friends visiting from another country, Because we did not have a reservation we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to open up which made my friends a bit impatient, but they handed couple of complimentary drinks to make up for the wait so it all worked out fine. The food was just top notch. They prepare salads just as you order so makes a alot of difference. We will return as long as we are in New York in our next business trip."

"The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable either. When I asked a waitress about corn nuggets, she looked at me blankly and said it's just corn in a nugget. I asked for clarification—like, what exactly is a nugget? Is it a chicken nugget? Some kind of sign? They advertise themselves as a medium establishment, but it’s far from that. They serve pizza (which looked awful), biryani (Indian rice), and tzatziki made with mayonnaise—not traditional tzatziki at all. Everything seems to have a strange Jamaican twist, which is very confusing. I will never spend another dollar at this place and would recommend avoiding it at all costs."

"Recently catered a lunch ordered a food package and was extremely pleased with the choices the combination of food offered matched so well. Everything was so fresh and tasty and so nicely presented and the place that the lunch was catered for absolutely loved everything. The fruit platter that was part of the package was so delicious too fruit was super fresh. I highly recommend catering from Fuel Your Body. The staff is always so friendly. Vegetarian options: So many options it’s hard to add them all here. Well balanced meals for protein for vegan and vegetarian options.They always have new menu items which are well thought out. "Yummy gyro is not yummy at all. Tried food from this location a few times and disappointed every time. Although the lunch special platter sounds really good and has multiple options- it comes with very little food and I feel it is overpriced. Chicken gyro- thin and dry lifeless slices, very unappetizing. Rotisserie chicken plate came with a tiny piece of chicken, smoldered on the wing part- nothing to eat, very watery Greek side salad, rice okay, tzatziki extremely garlicky. Will not be ordering again."

"I am thrilled to find a restaurant in NYC that serves high-quality Iskender kebab. I have visited many other Turkish restaurants but none compare to Lezzet. "The restaurant did not bring water promptly. I ordered a salad and my friend ordered fish. The fish was served 40 minutes after the salad was brought to the table. The fish was overcooked and bitter, and the salad was not fresh. The table was cleaned with a paper towel that also had the fork and knife placed on it. No one checked in to see if everything was okay. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I do not plan on returning to this restaurant."

"What a delightful experience! The lentil soup was incredible, and the lamb egg rolls were flavorful. The lamb meatball and rice bowl were outstanding. We even asked for the recipe for the Harissa sauce because it was so good! The happy hour prices were reasonable too. This place is a hidden gem that deserves to be packed every night."

"The zucchini sticks and rice pudding were fantastic. I loved the gyro sauces, but some people in my group who aren't fond of herbs found them just okay. The lamb and chicken had great flavor, although they were a bit dry by the time they arrived. Overall, the taste was above average, but nothing spectacular. I would definitely order from here again, and the service was quick!"

"Utterly Disappointed by this Place Customer Service. Food was ?OK?. But The waiting Staff is absolutely ridiculous. 1. They charged for bottle of Water, Which we never asked for and they dont have Bottle of water on their menu as well in beverages. Almost $2 for a bottle? Ridiculous.. 2. It was Only 2 people and They have charged me 15% gratuity but their menu says, 15% will be added Only for a Party of 5. The Girl Already decided that We Should Tip them 15%. (Not that I wouldn?t but The Attitude of informing me was rude and Ridiculous) 3. No Spoons or Napkins were given or available on the table. The Experience for being their First time absolutely sucked, And No- They were not busy. Look at the time on the check. I will not recommend this place nor would I go there again. A bad Customer Service is a No Go for me even If their food was OK. Go through the check and Make sure you are charged right, Dont get distracted with the waiting Staff conversation, felt like that was the motive of distraction."

"Went here for the first time for my partner’s birthday and it was SO good. Service was a bit slow as there was seemingly only one person on for the whole restaurant, but we were in no rush. We got the Börek to start (yummm), and some wine and beer. For my main (pictured) I had the Manti. We got some pita with dinner which was perfect with this dish. It also made fantastic leftovers. My partner got the Adana Kebap and it was also fantastic. I don’t think you could go wrong if you pointed to a random item on the menu and ordered it blindly."

"Doner kebab wrap for lunch. Meat was very dry, chewy, with little seasoning. Wrap and fries were extremely greasy; oil dripping out of the wrap when I picked it up to take a bite. They are definitely not using olive oil; looks and tastes like old school Wesson cooking oil. Even my dog wouldn't eat the fries. Very expensive (this is a common street food, not a $24 lunch). To top it off, it was served with ranch dressing, instead of yogurt sauce. This is a dish that every Turkish restaurant or food cart should have perfected, but this was the worst I've ever had. Quality of the restaurant was excellent at one time, but is now substandard and overpriced. I'll make it at home next time."
