"Sevice was good, but the food another story, A $12.00 Caesar salad was the size of a coffee cup saucer. REALLY small. Must have had at least$1.00 in ingredients. Also ordered the Scallops with risotto. The scallops were pretty good, although a bit under cooked. The risotto was mush. El dente was not in the rice's description. Overall, good service, mediocre food. We visit the desert 2-3 times per year, We always make reservations at Pacifica. After last night's experience, we are done with Pacifica."

"Very cute spot. Good portions. Good prices. Bartenders on Monday evening were nice, but VERY lost or inexperienced. Girl with long brown hair didn’t seem to know the basics of service: didn’t check to see if we needed refills on drinks, when we asked for boxes and our drinks had been sitting empty didn’t bring a check and wandered off. Other staff behind the bar couldn’t print our ticket so we had to continue to wait. Totally understand if she was busy but there were only 5 people at the bar and most the time she was just gazing off into space. Everyone has bad days but I think she needs more training or something."

"I typically never write bad reviews but this one was extremely notable. This was my first time coming to this locating in Alafaya (we had a great experience at the Winter Park location). We walked in on a busy Saturday night for 2 people and stood at the front waiting to be seated for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. There were 3 young girls running the place like chickens with their heads cut off. For a small restaurant, you would think they would be able to the run the place. The girl took our order, gave us our food but other than that, there was no service in terms of filling our waters, asking us how the food was, or if we needed anything else. I saw several people picking up for Grubhub and they stood at the counter without any acknowledgment from the girls. Tofu and chicken pad Thai was delicious, but not as spicy as we liked. The waitress didn’t check up on us to even ask for a spice rack. What could have been a 30 minute dine-in, turned into a hour and a half. I was so disappointed so we are never coming back."

"Chose this place for a Sunday evening dinner because I had a gift card, but I'm so glad we did! To be honest, my expectations were pretty low since I remember Big Johns being pretty dive-y. Everything felt clean, welcoming, and still private. We sat at the bar on their comfortable stools and watched as the bartenders worked hard yet still had fun. You must try the bacon!!! They torch it in front of you. Thick and delicious. Two people around us ordered it after seeing ours! Again, you must order … – show"
