"The food at Fugu is excellent, but I’m mostly writing about the service in this review. I’m sitting in the restaurant right now, having just enjoyed a Buddha Bowl and green tea. Our server was Jenna, and she was exceptional.I have a long list of food allergies, and Jenna helped me navigate the menu and find foods I could eat. She was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in menu items and was willing to check with the kitchen when she wasn’t sure.Those of you who also have food allergies know how rare it is to find these qualities in a responsive, informed server.In addition, Jenna was friendly, attentive, and just all-round efficient and competent. I felt compelled to write and thank her and let her manager know the impact she has on guests.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are plentiful. I recommend the Buddha Bowl.Dietary restrictions: As mentioned, Fugu is willing to accommodate dietary restrictions."
