"My order was an hour and a half late. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that they had only one driver, who mistakenly delivered my order to the wrong location. They then told me it would take another 40 minutes to get my order to me, as they had other deliveries to make. Late orders should be prioritized, especially when they are delivered to the wrong address. If you are handling multiple orders at once, it's essential to have enough drivers on staff. If this were my first issue with them, I wouldn't have felt the need to write this review, but unfortunately, this is now the third time I’ve experienced problems."
