After 45 minutes, we asked our waiter about our order, and he merely shrugged, saying he had already yelled at the kitchen. To be fair, the head chef did come out personally with the next course, ensured that our subsequent dishes arrived on time, and even offered my wife a hot toddy for her sore throat. However, the food quality at Nanea really needs to improve significantly to match the standards of other top-tier Marriott properties."
