"we enjoyed our evening in the copper canyon grill very much. there was live music, and it was good. Although there was a fair bit of ambient noise, we could still hear ourselves easily with normal voice. we liked that there were lighter above each table so that we could read our menu. our server was wonderfully knew the menu well, could make recommendations and was attentive. eating was very good. the chocolate uprising we had for dessert, was enough for at least 3 people and delicious. the price lets us say only for special occasions, but we would go back."

"For the first time service was bad. I have been here a number of times. The waiter did not clear the dishes at all. Usually dishes are cleared according to the courses served or replaced. The waiter did not clear the dishes, except partially, one time. When I needed a carry out dish, he just set it on top of the pile that was already o the table. He eve had to reach over the dishes to pick up the check. When we left, the table was still full of dirty dishes."

"If there was an option to give 0 stars, Let me tell you I would. I went to Copper Canyon for dinner, I was so disapointed. My server was Dan, He was very rude and dismmisve. When he asked for my drink order he was werided out that I asked for water, A unviersal beverage. Then when he asked Are you ready to order? I replied I think I am and he replied with What Hun? You need to either be ready to order or tell me you need more time. I felt so uncomfotable. The only nice person was the hostess in the front, As for the food it was MID. The fries were like cut up raw spaghetti sticks. Payed just about $50 for water and a burger and some pasta, Insane. Your better off cooking at home. The ambiance was honestly weird. The room was just lit by a few candles and music was loud. Do not come here. Fire dan. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"My husband and I had lunch around noon on October 9th, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant wasn't very busy, although it did get busier as we were leaving. We ordered the cornbread with jalapeños (it was tasty but crumbled when I spread butter on it), the chicken and waffles (which were absolutely delicious), and the meatloaf with string beans and bacon mac and cheese (good, though I wasn't a fan of the sauce on the meatloaf). Nate kindly took our drink order while our server, Lisa, was busy with another table. Lisa was fantastic—very attentive and engaging throughout our meal."

"I’ve always wanted to come here and sit on the open patio! First let me say that the service is amazing and the servers are extraordinary, very well mannered and nice! 5 stars for the service for sure! I had an old fashioned which tasted really good and had the rattlesnake pasta (fyi there’s no snake in it). The pasta was pretty good, but is not extraordinary! I’d give it at most 3/5 stars. My wife had a club salad which was miserable to say the least, there wasn’t any difference between the chicken and the croutons, moreover the lettuce wasn’t properly washed and still had little bugs on it. Overall, I’d give 5 stars for the location on the lake at Rio Washingtonian, the appearance of the restaurant and the service. The food though is very average and may be quite pricy for the quality; food deserves 0 (zero) stars."
