"Our waitress Storm, was very attentive to our dining needs. We did not need reservations and was waited on immediately, upon arrival on New Year’s Eve. The food was served hot and she made sure our tea and coffee glass/cup was refilled without us asking her. The food was seasoned well and tasty, especially the vegetables and soup. The French fries was fried well done, or crispy. My husband and friend enjoyed dining at the Empire Diner and will go back to dine there again without reservation. We also, will tell our church members of the wonderful experience we had, dining at this restaurant. Submitted with high regards, AJC"

"During my visit to Ohio, I stumbled upon this restaurant and I absolutely loved it! It was probably the best breakfast I've ever had. The coffee was fantastic, the place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The following day, I returned for lunch and was equally impressed! "Smiley's Dinner was surprisingly nice. We stopped there for breakfast. The food was served hot and was delicious. I had the short stack french toast which was just the right size. The scrambled eggs were fluffy. The crisp bacon was delicious. This was more like a family home cooked meal than a meal cooked at a franchise restaurant. I loved it. Did I mention the servers? They were great. If you were seated at your table and had not received your drinks from your server. No problem. Another server would come by and ask if your drink order was place. If you answered no, they would bring your drinks for you. The servers really worked together as a team to serve you. The restaurant was well lit, cozy and clean."

"I had the corned beef hash skillet, and my friend ordered the fig and goat cheese omelette, adding bacon for an extra flavor boost. Wow! The combination of sweet figs, the grainy and slightly bitter taste of the goat cheese, and the savory elements created a unique taste and texture. We also tried the harvest pancake from Oklahoma City, which was decent but nothing particularly special. As for the hash browns, they were exactly as expected: hash-y and brown. Don't be too disappointed! My coworkers raved about the Tuscan omelette, and it looked absolutely delicious."

"The experience we had was okay. Nothing terrible or great. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. We had the Spicy Cajun Benedict that was cooked fine, but nothing was very Cajun or Spicy about it. We ordered the short stack combo and got two pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage. The pancakes were good. The bathrooms smelled fresh, but the toilets needed some cleaning attention, and the women's hand dryer didn't work. Overall, the meal was fine, and I would consider returning for lunch if in the area."

"I had a nice dining experience, despite the waiter bringing the wrong order and serving a partial plate of my original request. He was very friendly and apologized after checking his notes. Fortunately, it was one of those days when I didn't have any appointments to rush to, so we decided to wait for the correct dish while I enjoyed part of the incorrect order. Overall, it turned out to be a pleasant experience!"

"This is a great little place! The servers are friendly and the dining space AND restrooms are clean. The food is great and comes out of the kitchen quickly. They have a large range of food options and the breakfast is fantastic. The coffee could be stronger but they have espresso options as well. My only gripe is that I wish they stayed open later at night. Service: Dine in"

"For appetizers, my sister and I ordered the grilled chicken caesar salad, which was perfectly portioned. Our waitress, Teagan, was very patient and made some great suggestions for us. I had the Greek panini with onion ring potato salad, while my sister had the gyro with French fries and coleslaw. The food came out promptly despite the busy atmosphere, and I would rate our meals 8/10. With over 40 menu options, I will definitely be coming back. I would also like to thank the other waiters, Teresa and Anastasia, for their helpfulness and kindness. Leo's Cafe is truly a fantastic spot for family breakfast or brunch."
