"We picked up food about 15 minutes ago without looking at the food in the car because it’s late and we’re hungry. That’s not the problem though, the problem is the horrible service with both food and customer service. We’ve been going and getting food from charcos for a long time , more than 3 years. They’ve never disappointed us our food so badly that the only thing they got right was the ranch. We ordered wings that were barely cooked , that are now in the air fryer because we can not eat them. We ordered fajita nachos but got chicken instead. We asked for salsa and they said they didn’t have any but would include jalapeños didn’t even include us those )We also ordered 2 piña coladas , they were hot !?. Then , call the manager who was rude and didn’t even take into consideration what was being said .All he cared about was writing my name ? instead of doing his job and telling workers to look at what they’re doing ?. The lady who took our order was as well rude. If you can’t do your job right, don’t work , we don’t need the type of job y’all be doing."
